Internal Communication Design applying Microsoft Products

The bachelor’s thesis deals with application of internal communication facilitation tools. The theoretical part is focused on the internal communication within a particular company and on the analysis of its current tools. It also introduces Microsoft internal communication facilitation products and selects the most applicable instruments for the above mentioned company. The practical part is devoted to implementation and management of the Microsoft internal communication tools within the company. The final part of the bachelor’s thesis evaluates the effects after applying the internal communication facilitation tools.
Proposal to Improve Corporate Cultural and Intracompany Communitation

This thesis aims to evaluate the corporate culture, and related communications in the company. In the theoretical section first explains the basic concepts related to corporate culture, internal communications and human resources management. Subsequently, on the basis of the survey, the practical part of the work. It analyzes the current state of corporate culture, communication and overall satisfaction of employees in the company. Each of the identified problem area is individually defined and described, and a key element of the thesis is the recommendation of such remedial measures through which will improve corporate culture and communication, and thus to greater employee satisfaction.
Proposal for Intercompany Communication Change in a Multinational Company Operating in IT Services

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem změny vnitropodnikové komunikace ve vybrané mezinárodní společnosti působící v oblasti IT služeb. Předmětem výzkumu v analytické části je zmapování vztahů místních zaměstnanců k jejich vedoucím a kolegům pocházejících z odlišných národních kultur. Dále je pak zkoumán vliv kulturních odlišností na aplikovaný způsob řízení a komunikaci v rámci mezinárodního týmu. Na základě výsledků výzkumu provedeného mezi zaměstnanci společnosti formou dotazníkového šetření jsou v návrhové části společnosti doporučena opatření vedoucí k zefektivnění komunikace v rámci společnosti a zefektivnění spolupráce v rámci multikulturního týmu.

The Bachelor thesis deals with internal communication in the selected company, particularly in Pekařství Illík, spol. s r.o. The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication in the company, in the framework of company management and among employees. The theoretical part is focused on basic terms and concepts related to internal communication in the company which is currently the most discussed topic. The practical part overviews characteristics of the company and its actual communication strategy, including types of conflict situations. Finally, the questionnaire aims to analyse the information, satisfaction and communication connection of employees across the enterprise. Its results helped to improve the effectiveness of internal communication.
Managerial Communication in the selected company

The presented bachelar paper is concerned Managerial Communication in the selected company. I focused on in-house communication. The paper is divided into two parts on Theoretical part and Practical part. In the Theoretical part I worked through selected literature review of literature focused on the based concepts of communication. In the Practical part I choose midsized company. Through unstructured interview and questionnaire research I make a suggestion non-binding recommendations for changes in the in-house communication.

This thesis called Communication and motivation climate in a selected organization is intended to analyze a system of communication and creation of an in-house motivation climate in a selected organization and to provide a draft of changes for improving management in this area. For practical part of the thesis, I have chosen STROS - Sedlčanské strojírny, a. s. company that specializes in design and production of building lifts and of their components. A questionnaire research among production department employees has been a part of the analysis.
Communication Barriers in the selected workgroup

This thesis deals with communication barriers and their impact on the results of the work process and group climate. It explains the concept of communication, elements of communication process and the basic division of communication, verbal communication, nonverbal communication, effective communication and its elements, requirements for effective communication, communication with managers, managerial communication strategy, the specifics of communication in health care management and internal communication. The thesis further analyzes communication barriers from the perspective of different authors, which is crucial for the practical part, where the results of questionnaire-compiled charts reflecting the different communication barriers from different angles are used. Two sets of questionnaires were developed: one for senior staff and one for subordinates. The group examined was a closed working group in one hospital in the Czech Republic. In the discussion section, results of the research are evaluated and recommendations for the prevention and elimination of the communication barriers are given. The main aim of this work was improvement of communication between employees at all levels and between all levels, increasing the efficiency of manpower and making the working environment more attractive, thus increasing the satisfaction of all employees of this working group.
IP telephony for medium and large companies

In this graduation thesis wants introduce possibilities of voice transportation in IP networks like Internet. There are described behaviors of IP network, internet connectivity possibilities, voice protocols included Skype and economical outputs. There are mapped positives and negatives of technology including implementation issues. All economic comparisons are made to Telefonica O2 Czech Republic Inc., which is still telecommunication company with majority in the Czech Republic. There are compared samples of VoIP providers with preferences like company live time, lowest cost and guaranteed quality. Description starts with model situation and continues to real case studies. Case studies describe economic calculation, implementation and target analysis. There are three case studies: small company with fast migration in one time, medium company witch accelerated migration in two steps and large company with conservative and control migration in three steps.
