Analysis of the Healthy Lifestyle of Univerzity Students from the View of Physical Activity

Presents theoretical knowledge about healthy eating and compares them with the results questionnaire for university students, which was conducted in March and April 2015. Evaluates the eating habits of university students and proposes ways they can be improved.
Analysis of relationships in the framework of well-being at students of the Faculty of Education

The aim of the presented diploma thesis was to bring this issue of well-being and life satisfaction closer to the selected group of respondents. The goal of the analytical part was to find out to what extent different relationships of students affect their well-being, how they affect their social and psychological well-being, both by subjective evaluation of well-being and by evaluation of their selected basic building blocks. These connections were examined among students of mainly third-year pedagogical fields in their bachelor's studies at the Faculty of Pedagogy of Charles University in Prague. We also found out whether gender, age and financial situation have an effect on the personal well-being and life satisfaction of the approached students. We also wanted to monitor the connection/correlation between life satisfaction and its levels and psychological well-being and its dimensions.
The Attitude of University Students towards Sport and Physical Activities

Alžběta Anna Šimurdová Title: The attitude of university students towards sport and physical activities Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to determine whether university students tend to do more physical activities and sports compared to people who have been already working and whether they do have any preferences in sports or any other physical activities. Another objective is an analysis and comparison of diet between the two groups in order to focus on their regime, addictions, sleep, and daily routines. Methods: This thesis is based on a quantitative type of research. The SFSPA questionnaire was elected as the main research method. This questionnaire was adjusted to meet the needs of the theoretical outcomes of this thesis. The questionnaire was published through a form on Google Forms, from which all the answers were transferred into an MS Excel file where all the data were processed into written form, all the results transferred to graphs and contingency tables were formed. Hypotheses were verified through Pearson's Chí-kvadrát test. Results: There were 294 participants from the Czech Republic answering the questionnaire. Subjective experience of students of Leisure time education at the TF JU with burnout syndrome

The diploma thesis deals with subjective experiences of students with stress in the field of leisure time pedagogy at the Faculty of Theology od the University of South Bohemia. The theoretical part of the work deals with a professional description of stress and explains concepts, such as stressors. Furthermore, in this part I focus on experiencing stress and also on possible ways to manage it. Due to the focus of the topic of the work, I also explain the very concept of burnout syndrome. The practical part that follows describes the course and results of the research survey. The research is carried out using interpretive phenomenological analysis. Based on the analysis of the interviews, I find out what subjective experience with stress university students have. In the research, I also point out what stressors affect students, how they experience stress it self and what defence mechanisms they use to manage it.
Students of teaching with learning disabilities

in English The thesis focuses on trainee teachers with specific learning disabilities. Its aim is to map their university study and teaching practice. The research part is supplemented with a short survey showing public opinion on teachers with learning disabilities. The thesis is based on empirical research of qualitative nature with quantitative information. Data were obtained from semi structured interviews with students of teaching with specific learning disabilities and from the questionnaire conducted which the public. Another analysis (qualitative and quantitative) and an interpretation of the data followed. All the findings were then compared with the data fixed in literature. The written work consists of three major parts. The theoretical part is predominantly based on abroad scientific sources of information about people with dyslexia studying at a university and employed. The second part of the thesis describes the methodology of the research and the analysis of the data. The two most important results of the research are represented by a number of features which describe a trainee teacher with specific learning disabilities, and the public opinion on such a person. Initial chapter describes basic life-style facts of this group. Following chapters list and compare youth and adult nutrition habits. General nutrition issues are also presented in this project including family and school nutrition addition to public nutrition analyses. Fluid intake and physical activity of university students of various faculties in a selected locality

This thesis is about drinking regime and physical activity of university students in a selected locality. It is divided into two main parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part contains basic concepts associated with lifestyle, offers a broad overview of soft and alcoholic beverages. It defines the life stage that characterizes university students and describes their selected sports activities. The practical part contains the processing and analysis of collected data using a questionnaire survey, interpretation and evaluation of results. For data collection was used research technique of a non-standardized questionnaire in online form. The questionnaire includes both closed questions that offer a specific number of possible answers and open questions that do not provide any prepared answers. The questions relate to external phenomena as well as to internal phenomena (attitudes, feelings, etc.). The collected data are shown in graphs or tables and compared between certain faculties, level of education and on the basis of gender aspects. Structure of personal goals and resilience of university students

The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of a motivational structure in conjunction with resilience in university students. The theoretical part describes the concept of the motivational structure and the problematics of stress and resilience and also the basic characteristics of university students. The empirical part aims to find out if there are some statistically significant relationships between the level of resiliency and some of the elements of the motivational structure and the content level of personal goals is being examined as well. The research sample consists of a total number of 159 respondents aged between 19 and 29 years. The data were collected using the snowball method on social networks. Resilience was measured by the abriged CD-RISC questionnaire and the structure of personal goals was assessed by the Czech adjustment of PCI questionnaire. The results showed that there is a significant difference in cognitive evaluation and in the goal distance between high-resilience and low-resilience groups of students. We found a positive correlation between cognitive evaluation and the level of resilience and a negative correlation between goal distance and the level of resilience.
Future teachers' drawings as a tool for finding their knowledge about human body constitution

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the general knowledge of human body composition among the students of Faculty of Education at University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The questionnaire distributed among students of different specializations contained three drawings of silhouettes of human body and student's task was to draw the internal structure of human body. The drawings were analyzed by evaluation charts, which were inspired by similar researches, however they were adjusted to fit to the aim of this study. One hundred and ten drawings of different were chosen randomly. From the results of the analysis follows that the awareness of internal structure of human body is quite good. The students were able to draw most of the organs in the right place. When assessing internal connections within organ systems worse results were achieved. Although students could choose organ system of their own choice, only 49 % did not contain more significant mistakes. The drawings of students of different specialization differed only in number of drawn organs. Among students of Science branches only one student drew less than 6 organs, while among students of Humanities branches there were more than one fifth and students of combinations of specializations achieved 35 %. The final result was that 47 % students were able to draw organs which belongs to the same organ system, but they were not able to draw connections between them.
