Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma motivační struktury ve spojitosti s resiliencí u studentů VŠ. Teoretická část popisuje koncept motivační struktury, problematiku stresu a psychické odolnosti čili resilience a také charakteristiku studenta VŠ. V empirické části je zjišťováno, zda existují statisticky významné vztahy mezi úrovní resilience a některými z prvků struktury osobních cílů a také je zkoumána obsahová úroveň osobních cílů jedinců s vysokou a s nízkou mírou resilience. Výzkumný soubor je tvořen studenty vysokých škol ve věku 19-26 let (N=159). Data byla získávána metodou "snowball" prostřednictvím sociální sítě. Resilience byla měřena desetipoložkovou verzí dotazníku CD-RISC a struktura osobních cílů byla posouzena pomocí české verze dotazníku PCI. Výsledky výzkumu podpořily hypotézy o rozdílu v kognitivním hodnocením osobních cílů a ve vnímání časové vzdálenosti dosažení cíle u skupin jedinců s nízkou a s vysokou mírou resilience. Ukázal se pozitivní vztah mezi resiliencí a indexem průměrného kognitivního hodnocení dosažitelnosti cíle a negativní vztah resilience s vnímáním časové vzdálenosti dosažení cíle. The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of a motivational structure in conjunction with resilience in university students. The theoretical part describes the concept of the motivational structure and the problematics of stress and resilience and also the basic characteristics of university students. The empirical part aims to find out if there are some statistically significant relationships between the level of resiliency and some of the elements of the motivational structure and the content level of personal goals is being examined as well. The research sample consists of a total number of 159 respondents aged between 19 and 29 years. The data were collected using the snowball method on social networks. Resilience was measured by the abriged CD-RISC questionnaire and the structure of personal goals was assessed by the Czech adjustment of PCI questionnaire. The results showed that there is a significant difference in cognitive evaluation and in the goal distance between high-resilience and low-resilience groups of students. We found a positive correlation between cognitive evaluation and the level of resilience and a negative correlation between goal distance and the level of resilience.
