History of education in Milevsko in the 20th Century

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the history of education in Milevsko from 1937 to 1953, primarily on the First T. G. Masaryk's Primary School. The first and second chapters concern the history of the town and its education. The third and fourth chapters describe the everyday life at the primary school in the pre-, during, and post-war periods. This thesis also covers the teaching staff and principals performing their duties during the stated period. Furthermore, it addresses the pupils and their education. Important events affecting the school's operations are also mentioned in this thesis. Lastly, this thesis deals with regular school events and is composed primarily of school and town chronicles.
History of Education in Domažlice in 1945 - 1989

The diploma thesis deals with the historical development of education in Domažlice in the years 1945 to 1968. The work is divided into five chapters, which are connected one to the other. Initially, the work is focused on school legislation, which also had an impact on the development of the school system. Subsequently, a brief history of the city and its education from the Second World War to 1968 is outlined, it completes a general view of this topic. The next chapter deals mainly with the primary education, and i tis focused on selected schools. It describes the development of school buildings, the teaching staff, the pupils and their school teaching, and important events which have affected the life of the school in some way. The last part of the work is focused on extracurricular education, especially on the development of music school, which is also included in the school system.

Lucie Šimůnková KATEDRA (ÚSTAV) Katedra Pedagogiky VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: PhDr. Veronika Blažková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: In this theses I deal with the theme of perception of the teacher with body modifications such as tattoos, piercings, etc. by other teachers at school. In the theoretical part I will explain all the terms from the field of pedagogy as well as the topic of body modifications. The practical part will be dedicated to the personal experiences, opinions and thoughts of teachers without body modifications, and the method of semi-structured interview will be used to find out this information. To supplement the information obtained from the interviews, the practical part will also include case studies with teachers who have body modifications. The goal of the thesis is to find out if teachers with modifications are perceived by other teachers positively, negatively or neutrally. Furthermore, whether the modifications affect the behavior of other teachers towards them, their approach, if they try to avoid them or have no problem cooperating with them, or whether they do not take into account the look of the teacher with the modifications at all. Interpersonal relationships in school communities

The aim of this work is to gather relevant information about interpersonal relationships in the teaching staff of selected secondary schools and to show how they are perceived, understood, experienced and reflected by their participants. The result of this work is to propose principles and recommendations leading to the optimization of relationships between teachers. This work, in the terms of qualitative research, used the design of case study. Research techniques are semistructured interview and participant observation. Through them, information was gathered on relationships between teachers, teachers and school management and teachers and other people, with whom they come into contact within the scope of their profession. These relationships were then qualitatively analyzed based on open coding, categorization, typology, contrasting, generalization and validation of communication. The result of the investigation was that six schools out of four have the interpersonal relationships on a good level, educators are happy at work and their good mood and feelings are transmitted to the whole school climate. Cooperation of teachers on small school with composite classes: case study

v anglickém jazyce ABSTRACT This thesis aims to analyze and describe how the cooperation of pedagogical workers in selected a Little Class School, how cooperation works in practice. The theoretical part deals mainly with characteristic of Little Class school in the Czech republic, further focuses on teacher's personality, on the school climate and its environment where pedagogical employees work together. In the last chapter of theoretical part, cooperation as a topic is mentioned. It defines the basic concepts that are related to cooperation between educators. These concepts include Little Class school, teacher personality, professional development, climate and school environment, cooperation. In the theoretical part, cooperation between teacher and teaching assistant is also mentioned. The empirical part of the thesis contains a case study of a selected a Little Class school and how the cooperation takes place at this school. In the diploma thesis, these collection methods were used: observation, interview and questionnaire. Following is an analysis of the data collected and an assessment of the situation. Climate in the school working in prisons and in ordinary vocational schools

The aim of this thesis is to find out to what extent the prison environment can influence the mood of a teaching staff. In the theoretical part, after defining the basic concepts, we are going to deal with a school climate. This basic theme is explained by the basic factors affecting school climate from the perspective of a parent, pupil, director and teacher. We are going to attend to the influence of teachers over school and how that school climate can affect teachers. The last chapter is dedicated to educating inmates in an environment of imprisonment and education possibilities which are offers to prisoner by this system. Influence of school climate to the teacher and pupils at primary school

The thesis in the theoretical part with factors and phenomena that affect the school climate, the climate in the staff and classroom in relation to the teacher's personality, professional competences, motivation and self - esteem in a profession. I tis interested in teacher's satisfaction and its impact on teacher's interact with students and colleagues. The approaches to studying climate are collected at the end of the theoretical part. The practical part presents research based on observation describes the atmosphere of the school, which is an important indicator of school climate. The factors are analyzed here that affect the educational and pedagogical work of teachers and their satisfaction in working life.
