Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá faktory a jevy, které mají vliv na školní klima, na klima v učitelském sboru a školní třídě ve vazbě na učitelovu osobnost, profesní kompetence, motivovanost a sebepojetí v profesi. Zajímá se o spokojenost učitelů a jeho vliv na interakci učitele se žáky a kolegy. V závěru teoretické části jsou shromážděny přístupy ke zkoumání klimatu. Praktická část prezentuje výzkum, který na základě pozorování popisuje atmosféru škol, která je významným ukazatelem školního klimatu. Jsou zde analyzovány faktory, které ovlivňují vzdělávací a výchovnou práci učitele a jeho spokojenost v pracovním životě. Shrnuje poznatky z rozhovorů a dotazníků a porovnává je s postřehy získanými během pozorování. I tis interested in teacher's satisfaction and its impact on teacher's interact with students and colleagues. The approaches to studying climate are collected at the end of the theoretical part. The practical part presents research based on observation describes the atmosphere of the school, which is an important indicator of school climate. The factors are analyzed here that affect the educational and pedagogical work of teachers and their satisfaction in working life.
