Mešková, Zuzana ; Vomáčko, Ladislav (advisor) ; Kalkusová, Lucie (referee)
Title: Outdoor gyms in the Sarka Valley, Prague 6 Objectives: This dissertation sets out to assess a proposal for the possible implementation of outdoor gyms in the Sarka Valley, Prague 6 including a brief demonstration of its use. Methods: Field surveys in the area. Analysis of current situation and determine the nature park parameters for the design of multifunctional playground. Results: The final proposal of a outdoor gym is divided into three comprehensive parts to reflect the needs of athletes, children, depending on their specialization and different ages. The first part of the multifunctional playground parkour is designed for ages 10 years plus. It is the ability of overcoming the obstacles, in which the use of natural movements such as running, jumping and climbing. The second part of the Street workout or "gym" for the age group from 12 years. This is used for fitness development on traditional tools such as, parallel bars, horizontal bar, rings, and hayrack sloping platforms. The third part is a playground designed for children aged 3 years. Here are the elements for climbing over, toadying, climbing, climbing and jumping. Strengthens their physical fitness, willingness and confidence. In this combination, all age categories could be involved and it is creating the modern...
Spectral Analysis of Electromyography Data of Power Lifters
Kofránková, Vlasta ; Otáhal, Jakub (advisor) ; Tlapáková, Eva (referee)
Title: Spectral Analysis of Electromyography Data of Power Lifters Objectives: The aim of this thesis is a description of muscle activity and its measu- rement using electromyography (EMG), description of parameters of EMG signal and their relationship to neuromuscular physiology. The aim of the practical part is an implementation of spectral analysis of EMG data of power lifters when performing 4 series of 5 split-squats carrying loading in one hand. Methods: The spectral analysis of EMG data of 35 athletes is presented. The athletes performed 4 series of 5 split-squats with one sided loading. The loading was 25% and 50% of their body mass and the carrying position was homolateral and contralateral to stance leg. Muscles chosen for measurement were vastus medialis obliquus, vastus lateralis obliquus, gluteus medius and biceps femoris of both sides. The implementation of digital signal proces- sing algorithm was done using Matlab and its Signal Processing Toolbox. The spectral analysis was implemented using discrete Fourier transform with sliding 256-sample window size and 32-sample window increment. The resulting spectrogram was divided into parts based on smoothed EMG. Median frequency for each split-squat was calculated. For the statistical processing we used median frequency differencies...
Changes in body composition regarding to maximum strength development
Kaľata, Maroš ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Jebavý, Radim (referee)
Title: Changes in body composition regarding to maximum strength development. Objectives: The aim of this work was to create functional strength development of maximum strength of his subsequent application. Methods: We used the work of the body composition measuring apparatus using the BIA 2000 (data input, Frankfurt nad Mohanom, Germany) and used by the software measurement somatotype Antropo 2000.2 Results: The work confirmed the hypothesis about a significant change in the values of total body water, body fat percentage and values of ECM / BCM due adapted physical intervention with the primary objective of developing maximal strength. Keywords: strength training, maximal strength, nutrition, BIA
Street workout as a sport for all
Regál, Ondřej ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Vomáčko, Ladislav (referee)
Title: Street workout as a sport for all Objectives: The goal is to analyze street workout in terms of availability, adequacy and safety of training. Methods: Searches relevant scientific literature, articles and documents on the Internet. Results: The analysis carried out street workout based on a expert literature search and an article on the internet, it was found that street workout is becoming a more and more affordable way for people to actively spend their leisure time. I have also made a research of possible injuries related to working out and listed their adequate prevention. The safety of the constructions is ensured by the European standards, which have to be followed when constructing new playgrounds. Finally I verified the variability of basic bodyweight exercises, which were created in different difficulty options. Subsequently, three model training programs for individuals with different abilities were made. Using our own body as the only weight for exercise rather limits the choice of exercises. Moreover, working out using only our own weight does not enable us to regulate the lifted weight. However, it can be changed by selecting a different method of workout (for example changing the lever during exercise). This compensates adequately the lack of added weight. Keywords: street...

Mešková, Zuzana ; Vomáčko, Ladislav (advisor) ; Kalkusová, Lucie (referee)
Title of project: Natural gyms in the Sarka Valley in Prague 6 Aim of project: The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to design and implement evidence for possible natural gym in the Wild Sarka in Prague 6, a brief demonstration of its use. The work is logically divided into two comprehensive parts. In the first part the reader with the history of exercise in nature, since the beginning of mankind up to the present development of sports arenas in nature and closely analyze their specifications. Finally, this part brings the concept of recreation in nature and leisure in general. The second part is devoted to practical utilization of natural gyms, workout examples of the proposed court, therefore, particularly street workout, parkour and last but not least, the proposal itself natural gyms. Said proposal is divided into three parts, specific uses parkour for street workout or "gym" and finally indispensable attraction for children. Key words: Natural gym, exercise history, parkour, strength training, parkour playground, street workout, exercising in nature, movement.
The Effect of Selected Strengthening Methods on Muscle Hypertrophy
Macho, Juraj ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Semerád, Miroslav (referee)
Title: The Effect of Selected Strengthening Methods on Muscle Hypertrophy Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to find out which of the two selected strengthening methods has bigger influence on muscle hypertrophy. The first one consists of 70 - 80 % 1-RM and 8 - 12 repetitions. The second one consists of 90 - 95 % 1- RM and 3 - 6 repetitions. Dietary wasn't changed during the intervention. Methods: Bioimpedance analysis and somatotype measurement were used. Results: According to the measurements of body composition obtained after applying the two methods we found out that there was 1 % increase of total body water after the second month of intervention. Based on this fact, the method 90 - 95 % 1- RM and 3 - 6 repetitions proved to be more efficient concerning the growth of muscles. Keywords: muscle strength, strength training, muscle mass, nutrition
Influence of power precondition at leisure time athlets
Schützner, Michal ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Baláš, Jiří (referee)
Title: Influence of power precondition at leisure time athlets Objectives: The main objective of this work is compile bibliographic research, that deals with power preconditions and training requirements. Furthermore, to build a skilled work that will provide clear, concise and comprehensive information on the subject. The aim is to point out the principles of strength training, the composition of the training unit and marginally to mention nutrition and regeneration. Methods: The method of literature search used in this work was based mainly on the collection, sorting and evaluation of relevant informations. Results: Muscle strength is a prerequisite for human locomotion. Before you start strength training, it must be assessed locomotive faculties of the individual and according to create adequate training unit corresponding to his forceful options. If the strength training is properly conducted and supported by expertise follows of this work, the strength training ranks among the appropriate physical activity for sporting and non-sporting individuals. Keywords: motion, strength, muscle, muscle contraction, posture, hypokinesia, muscle hypertrophy, strength training, training unit, weight training, nutrition, regeneration
