The main objective of this thesis is to design a marketing strategy for the agency Motiv P Inc. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts of marketing. The analytical part focuses on a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the company. Based on this analysis, a marketing strategy will be developed that will include suggestions and recommendations for improvement, which will contribute to reaching more potential clients, brand building and consequently obtaining a stronger market position.

The subject of this thesis is to analyze the current situation and design a marketing strategy. The work is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and design. The first part is a theoretical overview of the problem of marketing strategy, a description of analytical marketing tools and features in the building. The second part focuses on the analysis of the situation in the company using financial analysis, PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, BCG matrix and SWOT analysis. The third part is to design, formulate marketing strategy using the marketing mix 6P. The conclusion is devoted to communication and promotion mix.

The diploma thesis focuses on the development of business activities of Netcope Technologies a.s. on the U.S. IT technology market. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical knowledge, which is subsequently used in the analytical part. The analysis is subject to the company itself, its competitive environment and the American market. Values from all analyses were summed up into the SWOT and subsequently evaluated. The last part deals with solving these problems which should help the company to increase sales and thus sales on the U.S. market.

Theoretical part explains basic conceps and tools of marketing. In the analytical part are described analysis performed on the company and the current situation of marketing mix. Based on the results of previous parts the final part contains proposal for improving the marketing mix.
Blue ocean strategy

The main objective of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the current position of the selected XY company based on the blue ocean strategy methodology and to propose recommendations for the future strategy. XY's current situation was evaluated using financial analysis of the company, Business model, competitive environment analysis (Porter's five-force model), analysis of the company's external surroundings (PESTE analysis), customer benefit maps and analysis of customer preferences, the results of which were graphically illustrated using value curves. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis was conducted that identified strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Using strengths and opportunities, alternatives were generated for XY's future strategy and were subsequently evaluated using the WSA method. Based on the chosen alternative, a new Business model has been created that describes the benefits and limitations for XY. At the end of the work, the proposals for the future strategy are described based on the chosen alternative using the grid.
The Strategic Planning of Non-profit Organization Medou z. s.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the management and financial analysis of the non-profit organization Medou z. s. which operates as a day care center for disabled people. The first part deals with a theoretical description as well as with the origin and the legislative position of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic. It also sheds some light on strategic planning and the possibilities of financing including the examination of SWOT and STEP analyses. The practical part provides an insight into the non-profit organization Medou z. s. on which both of the aforementioned analyses were employed. Furthermore, the paper discusses the funding of the organization from the beginning until the present day and it proposes procedures to increase success in the social services market.
Biomechanical gait analysis in cerbral palsy

Title: Biomechanical gait analysis in cerbral palsy Objectives: The main aim of this work is to compare pressure values on feet of young man with cerebral palsy during for him normal gait, gait with French crutches in narrow (modified) and wide (natural) holding and with crutch held only at left hand. Methods: One 23-years-old proband with sapstic triparetic cerebral palsy was participated in a qualitative research (case studies). Young man was examined using the Pedar - X pressure measuring system. The proband was subjected to measurements with pressure insoles placed in his shoes. Natural gait measurement, narrow (modified) and wide (natural) crutches grip and crutche on left side all measurements with five repetitions were performed, each with four step cycle. Evaluated were the pressure distribution and the magnitude of the vertical force component. Results: Proband's gait showed considerable asymetry in the step cycle. The pressure distribution on the feet was more uneven during walking with the crutches narrow held against the natural gait. However, the greatest asymmetry and congestion of the left leg was created when walking with crutches with wide (natural) grip.
