The thesis focuses on impacts of sport tourism on a region. The results of existing analyses that deal with this problem are summarized in the theoretical part of the thesis. These results are applied on a specific sport event - MotoGP, which takes place in the Czech Republic. The main aim of the thesis is to find and evaluate the impacts MotoGP has on the development of Brno.

Title: Marketing Research of Customers' Satisfaction with the Services of Specific Bases of a Selected Company Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis is to conduct a marketing research of customers' satisfaction with the services of specific bases of a selected company. Based on the results of the survey, create incentives to improve services, which will contribute to strengthening customer satisfaction with the services of these bases. Methods: Qualitative and quantitative research was used in the diploma thesis. Quantitative research, which focused on client satisfaction with services, was conducted in the form of written and electronic surveys. Qualitative research, which served to deepen the research, was carried out in the form of several semi-structured interviews with employees of the selected company. Results: For clear processing of results, mainly modified classification crosses are used, as well as tables and graphs. A modified version of the differential analysis is also used in the evaluation. The results show that the customers of specific bases of the selected company are relatively satisfied with the services. Sport tourism in regional development

Title: Sport Tourism and its Influence on Development of Regions Objectives: The objective of the thesis is to introduce the sport tourism as a convenient tool for the regional development, to find out if the regions think about it in this way nowadays and how the sport tourism is incorporated in the strategic documents if so. The finding if the sport tourism is considered as a separate branch or if it is still divided into sport and tourism industry is also remarkable. This thesis sets the target to outline the different ways of the sport tourism application in a regional development and to determine certain recommendations as well. Methods: The methods used at research are qualitative content analysis and semi- structured interview. The analysis is used for the strategic documents of regions and the interviews are held with the regional representatives and the private institution agents chosen by a snowball sampling. Subsequently, a holistic analysis and an interpretation of discovered results are made. Results: I have revealed that sport and tourism are both part of the strategic documents of the regions, but no region uses the term 'sport tourism' in these documents. Sport tourism in the city of České Budějovice and its surroundings

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out level of the satisfaction with opportunities for sport tourism in the capital of South Bohemian region. The thesis focuses on tourism in general and sport tourism as well. The work is aimed at actual state of sport facilities in the town of České Budějovice. It analyses the current infrastructure of the city and their vicinity. The case study of Olympic park Rio-Lipno, which is good example of sport tourism activity and option how promote sport tourism. The thesis also describes opportunities for improvement of sport tourism in Českobudějovicko region. The oppor-tunities are based on a questionnaire survey. The bachelor thesis evaluates the Olympic Park Rio-Lipno which took place in August 2016 during the Summer Olympic Games in Brazil. In conclusion there are results of the research summarized and there are solutions that lead to the improvement of sports tourism in České Budějovice are suggested.

Alternativy rozvoje cestovního ruchu na Pálavě: in-line bruslení

This Bachelor work deals with a sport type of tourism -- in-line skating, which has become more popular in last years. In-line skating seems to be a suitable alternative tourism in regions where tourism is focused on one or two activities. Pálava, which is full of wine tourism and bicycle paths, is one of this regions. The object of the work is to infrorm about choices of in-line skating in the Pálava and to suggest a specific path for the in-line skating.

Offer of tours provided by tour operators in Prague with sports focus

This bachelor thesis deals with tour operators focusing on sport. The first part defines theoretical terms, especially tourism, sports tourism, tour operators and creation of their product. In the second part is evaluated survey among residents aimed to find out their preferences and demands for an active holiday. In the next part a detailed analysis of selected Prague tour operators is made as well as their comparison i. In the final chapter is designed own sports tour for a tour operator including calculation.

Analysis of the Winter Tourism Supply of Switzerland

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the winter tourism supply of Switzerland. The objective of this thesis is to analyse the winter tourism supply of Switzerland and to assess Switzerland as a destination for the Czech tourists for spending an active winter holiday. The theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the sport tourism, including winter sport tourism and also to the role of destination management in development of the destination`s tourism. The practical part is dedicated to the tourism industry of Switzerland and its winter tourism supply. Further, the activities of the Swiss national tourism authority Schweiz Tourismus, and its role in the creation of the winter tourism supply, are described. In the conclusion of the practical part, there is a SWOT analysis, which assesses Switzerland in terms of an active winter holiday destination for the Czech tourists.

Sport centres in the Czech republic - possibilities of using in tourism

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the total capacity of sport centres in a selected region of the Czech republic. The capital city of Prague was chosen for this analysis as one of the most important tourist destinations within the Czech republic with a developed sport infrastructure, which offers a potential for the development of active tourism. Not all of the sport centres situated in Prague are included in the research, but the emphasis is put on such centres and services related to sport activities that can be used by tourists within the active and passive sport tourism. The thesis also includes a survey which aims to find out, what are the general trends in the behavior of people in relation to active and passive sport tourism and sport activities in Prague.
