Motivation of Pedagogic Employees in Elementary Art Schools in Relation to School Management

4 Résumé: Incentives of pedagogic employee in elementary art schools depending on management of schools This bachelor work examines the issues of incentives of pedagogic employee in elementary art schools. This paper aims at analysing of the situation in the field of motivating of pedagogic employee in selected schools, checking whether there are some new natural relations in the field of motivating of pedagogic employee related to satisfaction of Maslow needs, which could be used for motivating of pedagogic employee in practice. The research part specifies two research issues. The first research issue discusses whether the pedagogic employees are motivated in conformity with the factors they regard as really motivating. The second research issue stems from assumption mentioned in bibliography and generally speaking it serves to verification of the first issue. It addresses whether the motivating factors, which stimulate satisfaction of the needs of one of five levels of Maslow pyramid, are most important for each pedagogic employee or whether the motivating factors, which stimulate satisfaction of needs related to more levels of Maslow pyramid, are the most important for each pedagogic employee. Sources of law in the field of secondary education founded by higher territorial administrative units

The thesis deals with the theme of sources of law in the field of secondary education founded by higher territorial administrative units. Progressed according to pre-tent outline: definition of basic concepts and methods, description of school management issues and management of secondary schools, an overview of legislation and synthesizing conclusion. The largest emphasis of the work is on legislation, acquaint with them and clear classification. The topic is always current, because the Czech legislation very often change, causing confusion in the whole system.
Intermediate school´s image as one of the selection criteria for parents and future students

My baccalaureate work deals with the topic of management in the school system, how secondary schools present themselves in the public and to what extent the quality of such presentation motivates parents in their decision making process regarding the choice of a particular secondary school for their children. The theoretical section of my work is focussed on the basic concepts of image, its kinds, the significance of relations management in services, school image as well as image analysis. The objective of this work consists in finding out the criteria which are relevant for the choice of the appropriate business school as related to selected aspects of school image. Several significant criteria related to school image were selected on the basis of interview research. These criteria were subsequently studied and analysed in internet presentations of secondary schools of the České Budějovice region with economic or business focus.
A Model of Montessori Institution for Pre-school Children

The aim of the work was to set up a model of a pre-school institution which will educate children in the way of Marie Montessori´s alternative pedagogical conception. To fulfil the main goal, a particular aim was first carried out {--} Montessori pre-school institutional practices in the Czech Republic were mapped and some photos were taken. The aim was completed by empirical data collection during visiting nine out of eleven addressed Montessori institutions and by an interview with a professional in this field. The research was realized through the open interviews with the heads or teachers of Montessori classes. Based on the data collection, the main goal, a model of Montessori institution for pre-school children,could be completed. The plan depicts the goals of this institution, a target group, legal forms, economical balance, services offered, special interest activities, methods and forms of work, personnel, operating parameters, space and material equipment together with variants of dispositions, evaluation and sustainability. Completeness and transparency of the plan, which is based on the research realized, enable to carry it out at any place in the Czech Republic. The thesis can also inspire existing Montessori institutions to make changes or innovations.
Public relations of infant school.

Annotation Current financing of schools and school facilities is based on the output, i. e. the numer of pupils attending the school, that is why schools are getting into a competitors fight for customer, which is the pupil. School marketing has become the necessity in school management. Public relations is a part of the school marketing and helps schools draw attention to themselves and promote their activities and objects. The theoretical part contains general characteristics of marketing and school marketing. Special emphasis is placed on the relation between kindergartens and the public, on their Promotion and opening towards the environment, which is very important today. The practical part surveys how kindergartens present themselves in the public and how widely they use the means of public relations. The research has been carried out within the frame of the kindergartens in the Czech Republic and from the point of view of the parents from the kindergarten in Dačice. A part of the project is a suggestion of a complex PR system in the kindergarten in Dačice with the focus to common workplace identification.
