Práce se zabývá tématikou pramenů práva pro oblast středního školství zřizovaného vyššími územně-samosprávnými celky. Postupovalo se podle předem stanové osnovy: vymezení základních pojmů a metody, popis školského managementu a problematiky řízení středních škol, přehled právních předpisů a syntetizující závěr. V práci je největší význam kladen na právní předpisy, seznámení s nimi a přehledné roztřídění. Téma práce je neustále aktuální, protože se česká legislativa velice často mění, což způsobuje nepřehlednost v celém systému. The thesis deals with the theme of sources of law in the field of secondary education founded by higher territorial administrative units. Progressed according to pre-tent outline: definition of basic concepts and methods, description of school management issues and management of secondary schools, an overview of legislation and synthesizing conclusion. The largest emphasis of the work is on legislation, acquaint with them and clear classification. The topic is always current, because the Czech legislation very often change, causing confusion in the whole system.
