The intention of this thesis is to create a cost accounting system for the company ABC, s. r. o., which is mainly engaged in the reconstruction and construction of sports fields. The calculations will clearly show all costs associated with the implementation of projects and will help the company to better manage their business. A complete analysis will be performed of sales, costs and profits. A significant portion of the thesis will be proposals which can be used to improve the functioning of the company.

The thesis discusses the business plan, opening a new restaurant in Wallachia. It will deal primarily with traditional Wallachian cuisine and tradition. It also developed a survey regarding our restaurant. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis of the proposal and the issue of the proposed solution. The second part addresses the issues of the proposed solution. It also includes internal and external analysis of the professional environment. It is part of a business plan and financial forecast of revenues and expenses. This prediction is processed in three possible development scenarios.

Analysis of a Selected Company Using Time Series

Bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis, including assessment of the financial health of companies selected using time series. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of basic concepts relating to statistical and financial indicators. The practical part is focused on the development of the analysis itself. The results, which is achieved through analysis, are evaluated on the basis of these assessments, recommendations are. In conclusion are possible recommendations on how the company selected to achieve better results. From the perspective of financial indicators that are primarily change time stock turnover and liquidity of the Company's non-financial and in terms of the proposals for improving the promotion.

This master´s thesis is devoted to evaluating the financial situation of the company Sklárny Moravia, a.s. using selected indicators of financial analysis. The first part deals with the problems of the theory of financial analysis, its objectives, methods and formulas, which are the basis for processing the second part of the thesis. The practical part includes a financial analysis of the selected company and its evaluation. In the last section provides suggestions to improve the situation of the company based on financial analysis.

To achieve the goals, a solution design is chosen in the form of software implementation for demand forecasting, automated order design, inventory, and supply chain management. Through the set indicators, the progress after implementation and the economic benefits of the software to improve the company's performance are evaluated.

The bachelor thesis deals with the new building of Car centre VW GROUP in Brno. District Brno-Brněnské Ivanovice Kastanova street. B.p.n 50/1, 51/1, 52, 53, 54, 55/1, 55/2, 55/3, 55/4. In cadastral area it is led as Brownfields under number 0201 by the city of Brno. It has a triangular shape with an area of 1.3 hectares and master plan is for blended areas. It is located on the Kastanova street and it is currently accessible from this street. From the eastern side it is bordered by a protective zone of river Svratka. The surrounding area is built up with administrative, industrial and commercial buildings. The building is situated in the north part of the area. It is designed as single building divided to one floor carservice and showroom with two floors. Presentation, sales, after-warranty and postwarranty servicing cars Volkswagen.

The topic of this thesis is to create a financial plan for a selected company, which is the company ZEMO, spol. s r.o. with its headquarters in Bohaté Málkovice, which is engaged in agricultural activities, especially plant production. In the first part of the thesis there are the theoretical starting points, then the selected company is introduced, the strategic and financial analysis is performed and the financial plan for the years 2018 - 2021 in the optimistic and pessimistic variant is processed. Finally, an evaluation of both variants of this financial plan is made.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

The aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare the financial plan of the selected company for the planned period 2018 – 2020. The financial plan is based on analysis of company´s data of past periods for the 5 periods in retrospect. The preparation of the financial plan is preceded not only by the financial analysis of past years' data and the strategic analysis of the environment but also by the determination of the company's strategies and objectives. The financial plan for the period 2018 - 2020 will be completed in two variants. In the last part an assessment of the financial plan variant with objectives will be made.
