Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů a analýzou bodu zvratu ve firmě Adient Czech Republic k.s. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány klíčové pojmy jako náklady, produkční funkce a bod zvratu. V praktické části jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány do prostředí vybraného podniku a zhodnoceny. V závěru práce jsou na základě provedených analýz navrhnuta doporučení, která povedou ke snížení nákladů a tak přispějí k efektivnějšímu procesu výroby. The Bachelor thesis deals with analysis of costs and analysis of the Break-Even Point in Adient Czech Republic k.s. company. The key concepts such as costs, production function and the break-even point are defined in the theoretical part of the thesis. These theoretical findings are applied into environment of a chosen company and evaluated in the practical part. The recommendations, which will lead to the reduction of the company's costs, increase efficiency of the company's production.
