Comparing invest to save heating
Ingr, Adam ; Brázdil, Marian (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
This Bachelor’s Thesis is aimed at reducing the costs associated with the heating of family houses. A model house was selected for which its heat losses, annual heat consumption and heating costs were calculated. Then, an inventory of possible measures to improve energy performance of the model house was produced. Subsequently, some proposals were selected for which an economic assessment was made.
Assessment of investment in heating house
Adam, Jakub ; Lisý, Martin (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
This Bachelor’s Thesis is engaged in an assessment of investments into a family house heating system. The first part describes a model house chosen for this work. Further, it states a method of the calculation of the peripheral wall and void filling heat loss. The values are then used to determine the heat output. The work recommends the use of different insulation materials and options for void filling replacement to comply with the requirements for obtaining a grant. According to the calculated heat output, it suggests a choice of more effective and ecological sources for heating, which could replace the current source. In the conclusion of this work, the results are graphically processed and evaluated according to the estimated return of investments within several years.
Analysis of the effect of insulation on the housing unit price in a model house in Vyškov
Čupr, Pavel ; Kosová, Jaroslava (referee) ; Adámek, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis examines the influence of insulation of perimeter structures on the price of residential units in model house. Model example is prefabricated house in the town of Vyškov. The aim is to determine whether is the investment for owners of individual apartments beneficial and, if so, what is its return time. Two views on this issue are saving energy for heating and appreciation of prices of apartments. The secondary objective is considering other options to save energy.
Proposal for various rational operations of glass installation at an assembly line of Škoda Auto company
Wilhelm, Pavel ; Babák, Jan (referee) ; Kubík, Roman (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the windscreen mounting options on the assembly line at Škoda Auto in Mladá Boleslav. The aim is to describe the possible assembly options and to determine the optimal variant. In the first part the key theoretical information is described, followed by an analysis of the current state. After the introduction of two new proposals the variatiants are compared to each other in terms of finance and overall suitability using multicriteria method.
Betterment of building by investment into smart building system
Menšík, Ondřej ; Vaňková, Lucie (referee) ; Krejza, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with investments issue for smart house systems. The theoretical part describes the definitions of the economic area, the area of intelligent systems and real estate valuation. In the practical part, there is detected the real estate price, accomplished a survey of public opinion and designed particular smart house system. The proposed solution is divided into sections and evaluated from economic and non-economic aspect. In the conclusion there is determined the value of the real estate after the completion of the investment.
Business Development

Accumulation of Energy from Renewable Energy Sources
Heller, Ondřej ; Radil, Lukáš (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
The objective of the first part of master’s thesis is mapping the potential of various types of renewable sources in Europe and Czech Republic, especially solar energy, wind energy, water energy and biomass. There are described principals and ways of energy generation from these sources, brief overview of current technologies, and also their advantages and limitations. An important part is electric supply continuity from renewable sources, there are large differences and the resulting to restrictions on construction and connecting the units to the power system. In this work there are mentioned some impacts on network and rates of change of supply, some sources are also evaluated in terms of maximum power, that can be connected to the power system in our country. The conclusion of the first part is dedicated to energy storage technologies, which are suitable and usable for renewable sources, there are described their principals, properties, status of development and types of aplications, in which these technologies are used. This chapter also focusses on the price level of each technology. The second part of the thesis deals with 1 MWp on-grid photovoltaic power plant design. This design includes also the redox flow batteries accumulation, the first variant calculates on 24-hour steady energy supply, the second optimalized variant calculates on daily energy supply. There are the accumulation system costs estimated and also the payback period for the both variants. Additionally there is also determined minimum penalization for cost-effective operation. The last part is dedicated to changes of impact on the local grid and changes of system impacts, after the accumulation system is installed.
Franchising form of cooperation with adidas Czech republic
Jelínek, Josef ; Cimler, Petr (advisor) ; Hommerová, Dita (referee)
The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to describe and analyse current franchise system in adidas ČR, l. t. d. and on the basis of outputs recommend systematic changes which are applicable and lead into system efficiency of cooperation with franchise partners of adidas ČR l. t. d. The theoretical part uses background research to deal with the view of the problems of a franchise model based on available resources. The aim of the first theoretical part of the thesis is to obtain basic information on the development of franchising, to introduce a definition of franchising, its characteristics, types and terms, including a description of the current situation and development of franchising in the Czech Republic. The aim of the second theoretical part is to describe the systemic advantages of franchising and also its advantages and disadvantages for both parties participating in this business model - the franchisee and the franchisor. The theoretical analysis is a prerequisite for the practical part of the thesis, the aim of which is to use seven years of experience in the business department at adidas ČR l. t. d. and to analyze the current franchising system at adidas ČR l. t. d., its pros and cons, with an effort to develop recommendations for systemic changes that would be applicable for improving the system of cooperation with franchise partners of adidas ČR l. t. d.
Return on photovoltaic
WEBER, Martin
This thesis focuses on the return of an investment in a photovoltaic power-plant and the dispersion of the investors' concerns, caused by the retroactive amendment to the renewable sources. This study aims to re-calculate the real period of payback for real FVE, aided by model cases I have set up and an objective evaluation of results. The theoretical part introduces the development of photovoltaics in the Czech Republic, through legislative and economic insights. It then discusses the reasons nd consequences of the introduction of tax to photovoltaic plants. The analytical part shows the various model situations related to the changes of tax in the future. It describes the real FVE and the data produced. This section also establishes the conditions on which the models are based. The conclusion of this chapter is the comparison of results.
Analysis of internal application in a multinational company with the implementation of Microsoft SharePoint 2010
Kratochvíl, Tomáš ; Kunstová, Renáta (advisor) ; Kořínek, Zdeněk (referee)
The thesis is focused on the analysis of application Support central and use of the technology SharePoint Server solution instead of the current File server. The aim of this work is analyzed Support central and SharePoint Server, as well as to define both their strengths and weaknesses. In the case of Sharepoint Server is important to evaluate the requirements of the banking institutions, it is also necessary to carefully analyze the SharePoint Server using the check list. In another part of the thesis are defined accomplishments and benefits that this technology allows.I also to mention here about the types of customization and its benefits. An important part of this work is devoted to analysis of risks that may occur when vulnerabilities. The middle part of the work deals with the optimization of business processes and an equally important role is also an business impact analysis that clarifies what impacts may occur in the banking institution as a result of a failure. The last section deals with designing the architecture of the banking institution and Cost Benefit analysis, which identifies the costs and expected revenues of technology SharePoint Server. An important element is the payback time of investment.
