Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na varianty montáže čelního skla na montážní lince společnosti Škoda Auto v Mladé Boleslavi. Cílem práce je popsat možné varianty montáže a z nich stanovit optimální variantu. V první části jsou zmíněny hlavní teoretické informace, následuje analýza současného stavu. Po představení dvou nových návrhů jsou varianty mezi sebou porovnány z hlediska finančního i celkově pomocí multikriteriální metody. This thesis focuses on the windscreen mounting options on the assembly line at Škoda Auto in Mladá Boleslav. The aim is to describe the possible assembly options and to determine the optimal variant. In the first part the key theoretical information is described, followed by an analysis of the current state. After the introduction of two new proposals the variatiants are compared to each other in terms of finance and overall suitability using multicriteria method.
