Applying of personality traits of headteacher in area of leadership

Final thesis describes to what extent the current school practice puts attention to personality qualities of headteacher in area of leadership. The topic is based on the experience, knowledge and abilities that use the present headmasters of elementary schools in practice. The aim of the work and selected combined investigation using methods of "shadowing" of structured and unstructured interviews and a questionnaire survey was to describe the extent to which personal qualities headteacher of elementary schools appear in contemporary educational practice in area of leadership. In the theoretical part, the author focused on gathering information from a wide resource that can provide a wider range of these areas (psychology, leadership, self-management, self-esteem, etc.). These were mainly the vocational literature on leadership, human personality and competencies. An important contribution was a personal meeting and interview with Mr. Prof. PhDr. Z. Helusem, DrSc. Besides a brief description of the rules of tennis along with appropriate recommendations for beginners, the thesis covers the development of tennis techniques and tactics. In addition, previous training methods are compared with those of today and their regularities are clarified. Suitable technical manuals and sports websites were used as sources in this work. In conclusion, tennis has passed through many stages and improvements as a sport (not only in terms of teaching methods) since its inception, and it can be reasonably assumed that this trend will continue. Barriers in Education of Vietnamese Pupils in a selected primary school

Presented Diploma Thesis deals with the topic of Barriers in the Education Process of Vietnamese Pupils in a Selected Primary School. At the theoretical level the work deals with the teaching process and its factors. It also deals with the barriers in the teaching process. The aim of the work is to find out whether the teachers of the selected school perceive any barriers when teaching Vietnamese students and to propose recommendations that would help to minimize or even eliminate the identified barriers in practice. The aim of the work was achieved in the practical part of the work on the basis of a qualitative research survey during which teachers of the selected primary school having experience with the education of Vietnamese students were addressed. It was found that among the most frequently mentioned barriers in the teaching of Vietnamese students belongs the language barrier. Among the cultural barriers teachers mention pupils' non-verbal expressions. They may be incorrectly given the wrong meanings. At the same time teachers don't describe cultural barriers as striking as the language barrier. Factors influencing the successful inclusion of Children from Children's Homes into the independent Life

The Diploma Thesis deals with the topic of Factors influencing the unsuccessful inclusion of children from children's homes into their independent life. At the theoretical level existing knowledge concerning institutional education are summarized as well as the knowledge about factors influencing the integration process of children from children's homes into their independent life. The work aims to find and to name the factors which according to the opinion of children themselves caused them to be unsuccessful in the entering of the independent life. Another aim of the fork is to find out whether it is possible to propose any recommendations leading to elimination of the factors. The aims of the work were achieved through a qualitative research survey in which seven children told their life story. They left Children's home Dolní Počernice more than a year ago. At the same time their entry into the independent life could be qualified as unsuccessful according to the chosen criteria. Diploma thesis deals with application of supportive measures in the education of pupils with dysgraphia from the perspective of teachers at the second stage of primary school. It aims to a recommendation that a teacher can support provided to students with dysgraphia. It will bring teachers' insight into the use of selected support measures for pupils with dysgraphia. The theoretical part of the description of the education of pupils with special educational needs, especially with a focus on support measures, further recording of problems with learning disabilities, where there is more space for imprisonment of dysgraphia and application of support measures for pupils with dysgraphia at the 2nd level. The empirical part contains qualitative research, which enables methods of semi-structured interview. Subsequently, it is possible to analyze the data using open coding. Research questions and formulation recommendations that may be available in practice are answered. Analysis of the nutrition of senior citizens in their environment

Senior citizens living in their own environment make up a large and growing population group. Proper nutrition at this age is gaining in importance as it contributes to maintaining a long and quality life. Therefore, the aim of the thesis was to evaluate the nature and quality of selected senior citizens' nutrition. This aim was divided into three sub-objectives, namely 1) to find out whether the informants' nutrition corresponds to their age and health condition, 2) whether there are factors that influence their nutrition, and 3) what do they follow when purchasing food. The sample consisted of four married couples between the ages of 71 and 75, coming from the Karlovy Vary region, who agreed to participate in a qualitative research. As there are no nutritional recommendations that take into account the ages and diseases most frequently present in the sample, the need for work informants has been formulated on the basis of relevant recommendations concerning seniors and their diseases. Intake data were then obtained through weekly meal records processed in "NutriPro START" software. To obtain anamnestic data, a semi-structured interview has been used. The objective of this research is find out the attitude of customers to new technologies in retail. The results show for example the attitude to contactless payment, self-service checkout, smart shopping cart, cashback or 3D presentation of goods. It also describes the attitude to new technologies in general. It describes what barriers and motivations to use this technology are. The objective of this research si also find out if customers know about some technologies. This thesis find out the attitude of whole sample ort he attitude of some groups. Respondets are divided the to some groups according to age, place of residence or gender. The data is collected by means of a questionnaire. The number of respondents is 200. Marketing research is carried out in Příbram distict. This bachelor thesis also suggests recommendations for retails. Many graphs, tables, relative and absolut frequency, diagrams and pictures were used in this thesis.

It is important for patients to start rehabilitation as soon as possible. Early discharge allows stroke patients return home to continue rehabilitation in familiar surroundings. The responsibility for continued rehabilitation is in the hands of patients and their families and the main aim is to adjust to everyday life.
