Education and development of teaching staff in the organization of merged kindergartens

The thesis deals with the topic "Training and development of teaching staff in the organization of merged kindergartens". The aim of the thesis is to identify and analyze the educational needs of teaching staff in kindergartens in the context of their further education and to propose a concept of further education of teaching staff of the organization. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts and describes the system education, forms and methods of educational development of the staff of the selected organization. The thesis describes the importance of lifelong learning in the framework of continuing education of teaching staff, then the concept of who is a teaching staff, what is education and learning, human resources and their management. The thesis introduces formal, non- formal and informal adult education. It describes, among other things, the legislative framework for continuing education of teaching staff. The practical part follows the theoretical part and the research investigation is based on it, for which the form of an anonymous questionnaire was used. Hospitalization activities from the point of view of kindergarten management

The bachelor thesis focuses on hospitalization in kindergartens from the management perspective as one of the essential tools for the development of pedagogical staff and improving the quality of kindergartens. It is divided into two main parts-theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part deals with control, dividing it into internal and external, and control as a managerial function. It also focuses on typical control in the school setting, hospitalization. It describes the principles of a properly conducted hospitalization, which should be known by every hospitalizer and the hospitalized, and the different concepts of the subject. The theoretical part also describes the forms of hospitalization that can be carried out in a kindergarten and the methods of further education related to hospitalization. The empirical part presents a research investigation that aimed to find out the form of hospitalization in kindergartens, the use of the results of the hospitalization and the development of teachers through hospitalization activities. Specific educational needs of the visually handicap in the context of another professional education

The final thesis on the topic specific educational needs of visually impaired teachers as part of continuing professional education focuses on needs and opportunities related to education and lifelong education of visually impaired teachers in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the support, rehabilitation and use of assistive devices for this education. Furthermore, mapping companies and organizations supporting the visually impaired and offers examples of good practice. The practical part analyzes the possibilities of further professional education of visually impaired teachers, and seeks to identify the needs and currently offers this education into practice. Impacts of supervision on resilience of helpline workers

The diploma thesis: "Impacts of supervision on resilience of helpline workers" presents the results of case study focused on particular helpline, the case of which is the impact of supervision on workers feeling themselves comfortable with their professional roles on helpline. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the key concepts of resilience and supervision, and presents the general characteristic of helplines, the method of telephone crisis intervention and the social service of telephone crisis assistance. The empirical part of the thesis explains the context of the particular helpline which was the subject of case study. The main topic of the research is: mastering of helpline workers of their professional roles and the influence of supervision on its changes in time. The research captures the changes of perception of supervision and of its effect on helpline workers dealing with their professional roles.

Educational needs of the visually handicap in the context of another professional education

Final work on the topic Specific educational needs of visually impaired teachers in the framework of further professional education with a focus on needs and possibilities related with lifetime education of visually impaired teachers in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on disabilited people - people with visual impairment - support, rehabilitation and usage of compensation aids. Furthermore, it maps the social system of services that are grouped together and are helping to people with visual impairment. The key topic is the education system in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. Practical part analyzes possibilities of further professional education of visually impaired pedagogical workers and it aspires for the identification of needs and current offer of this education to be realized. Through the research interview were searched needs and possibilities of the market with another education for specific target group of visual impairment people. The bachelor work deals with the question of supervisions support the professional growth of after-school centres educators. The first place of work is specified after-school centre as environment, where the pedagogic activity of after-school centres educator is being done. Also it describes the person of the educator his abilities, skills and activities in his practice exercises. Another part of work is dedicated in supervision, its objectives, modes and functions. The final part is the application of individual supervision functions of educator's education and search for possible benefits to the professional growth of after-school centre's educator.

Education and professional growth of social sphere workers

The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part are mapped requirements that are imposed on workers in the social sphere, legislation that governs these requirements, training opportunities and motivation for further education and professional growth. The empirical part contains the results of a survey that focuses on access to social workers in the Jindřichův Hradec to acquire new knowledge and awareness. Further searches for their views on opportunities for further education, its adequacy and interest. Another aim was to motivate these workers to lifelong learning, whether their employers are interested in improving skills and training to create the right conditions.
