The final work is focused on the analysis of the agricultural advisory system and its proper implementation in the management system of the consulting entity with the ambition of specific advice in the field of production technology and agricultural mechanization for energy use of biomass and waste production. In accordance with the strategy of the Ministry of Agriculture, a set of specific requirements for the agricultural advisory system was created for implementation and in accordance with the standard methodology, subsequently processes and competencies for agricultural consultants consulting ; Based on the audit plan, the proposed requirements were verified in the selected advisory body, with recommendations and corrective measures being proposed in order to certify the advisory body in the ADVIGREEN system of the Ministry of Agriculture.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of teachers' experience with the education of pupils with specific learning disabilities in the secondary school environment. The aim is to find out what educational opportunities are available to pupils with learning disabilities in secondary schools and how their teachers approach the teaching of these pupils. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the issue of specific learning disabilities so that their characteristics, classification, causes, symptoms and diagnosis are clear. A fundamental aspect here is the area of education of pupils with specific learning disabilities, which is defined and influenced by the given legislation, support measures or individual educational plan. The methods used for the elaboration of the theoretical part are analysis and synthesis, to which literary, internet sources and relevant legislation have been subjected. The aim of the practical part is to find out the current attitudes and experiences of secondary school teachers to the issue of education of pupils with specific learning disabilities, what is their cooperation with specific components of the counseling system, with the pupils themselves and their parents. A survey based on a quantitative method of questionnaire survey will be used to fulfill the goal. The respondents will be teachers of selected secondary schools. The results and data obtained from the survey will also serve as recommendations for pedagogical practice.

Support for pupils with specific learning disabilities at the 2nd level of a selected primary school

The thesis focuses on the identification of support for pupils with specific learning disabilities at a selected elementary school. The theoretical chapters are focused on defining the terms of specific learning disabilities, their aetiology, defining individual types of learning disabilities, their diagnoses and the possibilities of their re-education and intervention. It also deals with the system of education and legislation in the Czech Republic, basic education with the framework educational programme for basic education, the counselling system in schools and school counselling facilities. It focuses on the personality of a pupil with SLD, their education and types of learning preferences. The thesis presents a research investigation focused on the implementation of support for pupils with SLD, which was carried out at an elementary school for pupils with specific learning disabilities using semi-structured interviews, observations and a questionnaire survey. At the end of the thesis, partial research questions concerning the support and motivation of pupils with SLD at a selected elementary school are answered. Theoretical part describes different kinds of social pathological phenomena that can occur during teenage period. This part explains basic terms concerning social pathological phenomena. Not only there is a description of a junior school pupil development but it describes chosen social pathological phenomena occurring at junior schools as well. Practical part finds the most frequent social pathological phenomena of junior school pupils. Questionnaire survey and case study are used for their identification at schools.

The diploma thesis deals with the activities of a special educator at a regular elementary school. Thesis is interested in his position and role in the school, his competence or job description and how other pedagogical staff treat his work at the school. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the legislative anchoring of the profession of special educator and the whole system of education. The thesis defines the methods and forms of work that are most suitable in the education of pupils with special educational needs. The thesis also provides an insight into the consulting system and its specifics with an emphasis on the functioning of the school consulting centre. The empirical part of the thesis consists of mixed research. It is based on the evaluation of a questionnaire survey, which examines the opinions of teachers on the work of the school consulting centre and above all opinions on the position of a special teacher at the school. The questionnaires were distributed to teachers and teacher assistants and asked what benefits and shortcomings they see in the work of the school special educator and how they think they work with pupils, their parents and other teachers. Student with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Mainstream School - case study of the students in elementary school and 8 year grammar school

The topic of this thesis is "Pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a Mainstream School - Case Study of a Pupil in Elementary School and Secondary School". The first, theoretical, part of the thesis deals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and diagnostics; it will also address current legislative changes of the educational system in the Czech Republic as well as the counseling system, school counseling centers, and school counseling facilities. The second, practical, part will deal with the process of educating pupils with ASD in mainstream elementary schools and secondary schools. The aim of my research was to determine how pupils with ASD were able to integrate into a standard primary school and secondary. I focused on approaches and methods used in the educational process, especially on structured learning, as well as on the teachers' readiness to integrate pupils with special educational needs. The research was conducted in České Budějovice, at the J. Š. Baar Elementary School and Kindergarten, and at the J. V. Jirsík Gymnasium. This thesis deals with support for families with a child with disabilities in the guidance system of special educational centers. These issues form an integral part of families with a disabled child. Special pedagogical centers are educational institutions providing assistance and support to clients with disabilities and their families. It is not always enough support and assistance focused on families of clients, even though the precise standard service centers are set by law. Failure to provide standardized services may result in a limitation of sovereignty legal representatives. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. This work aims to present the specifics of a disabled child in the development, psychosocial specifics of families due to restrictions and on the basis of existing legislation to compare the standard activity of special education centers with real support. The practical part of the proposal was to create a website content for parents of children with disabilities. The practical part was needed rozpravovat on partial objective, which was to give an analysis of the needs of parents with children with disabilities by monitoring the discussion forum via the social network Facebook group Parents of disabled children and people with disabilities unite. The obtained data was then used, as a practical basis for fulfilling practical goals. The theoretical part describes the types of disability and disabled child deviations in development. He also discusses the family with a child with disabilities. Finally, it describes a system for advising families with a child with disabilities, which is marginally touches on early care and educational-psychological counseling centers. Detail touches special educational centers. The practical part was processed by analysis of publicly available documents of special education centers and structured interviews with workers on the job psychologist and a special education teacher. It deals with providing services to the legal guardians of a child with disabilities. It was also used a comparison of the results with supportive measures, established by the legislature of the standard activities of special education centers. Based on the quantitative survey, it was found that special education centers provide only some, saving the selected standard services. The operational objective observation technique was used when I tried this technique to uncover the specific needs of the legal guardians of children with disabilities. The results of observation were used as the basis for a realistic proposal for the content of websites for legal representatives of children with disabilities.
