The topic of this bachelor thesis is to design a communication strategy of Sports games of Czech Canada. The theoretical part deals with defining the marketing of services theory, marketing communication including tools of communication mix, STP processes and a strategy. The practical part describes Sports Games of Czech Canada together with the initial situation of marketing communication and proposes a new improved communication strategy based on the results of a questionnaire.
Analysis of selected fitness centers and customer satisfaction survey

The author applied marketing research methods in order to propose recommendations to improve quality of services and increase customer satisfaction of surveyed fitness centers in Prague. The first part of this thesis is devoted to describing and analyzing the fitness industry in Europe and the Czech Republic. Subsequently, the methodological part explains in detail the chosen methodology of research and customer satisfaction survey, along with the description of the structure of the questionnaire. The practical part presents surveyed fitness centers, along with the marketing research, whose results are analyzed in detail and subsequently included in the SWOT analysis. At the end of this thesis suggestions and recommendations will be work out based on the results of the research project for possible improvements that can fitness centers take into account and incorporate them into their current business strategy.

The operative part deals with the implementation of marketing research, analysis marketing communication and realization of strategic analysis of the educational institution. On this base, then proposes the use of marketing in the work of the teaching staff.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the marketing strategy of the Spanish restaurant in Prague and to suggest its improvement on the basics of observed data. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on strategy of firm in general, marketing strategy and its differences especially in marketing services. In the practical part, the restaurant is first briefly introduced, then there are characterized its services and current marketing activities of the restaurant. Next I attended a SWOT analysis, questionnaire survey and financial analysis to justify the specific recommendations in the marketing mix and create a new marketing strategy proposal.
