Autorka aplikuje marketingové výzkumné metody za účelem navržení doporučení pro zlepšení kvality poskytovaných služeb a zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků zkoumaných fitness center v Praze. První část práce je věnovaná popisu a analýze oblasti fitness v Evropě a České republice. Následně je v metodologické části podrobně vysvětlena zvolená metodika výzkumu a dotazníkové šetření spolu s deskripcí konstrukce dotazníku. Praktická část je věnována představení zkoumaných fitness center, spolu se samotným marketingovým výzkumem, jehož výsledky jsou podrobně analyzovány a následně obsaženy ve zpracované SWOT analýze. Na závěr této práce dojde k sumarizaci výsledků a navržení doporučení pro možná zlepšení, které by na základě výzkumného projektu mohla fitness centra vzít v potaz a začlenit do své současné podnikové strategie. The author applied marketing research methods in order to propose recommendations to improve quality of services and increase customer satisfaction of surveyed fitness centers in Prague. The first part of this thesis is devoted to describing and analyzing the fitness industry in Europe and the Czech Republic. Subsequently, the methodological part explains in detail the chosen methodology of research and customer satisfaction survey, along with the description of the structure of the questionnaire. The practical part presents surveyed fitness centers, along with the marketing research, whose results are analyzed in detail and subsequently included in the SWOT analysis. At the end of this thesis suggestions and recommendations will be work out based on the results of the research project for possible improvements that can fitness centers take into account and incorporate them into their current business strategy.
