Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění názorů místních občanů a podnikatelských subjektů na úroveň a možné rezervy služeb Jindřichohradeckých místních drah (JHMD). Výsledky budou hodnoceny s ohledem na zájem zlepšit podmínky pro rozhodování managementu JHMD v oblasti zlepšení poskytovaných služeb. The bachelor thesis is aimed at identifying the views of local citizens and business to the level of services and possible reserves of Jindřichův Hradec Local Railways's services (JHMD). The results will be evaluated with regard to the interest of improving the conditions for JHMD management decisions aimed at improving services.
