The isolation of an individual and a working group within an organisation

The main point of the thesis is describe consequences of an isolation of an individual or a working group within an organisation. There could be many reason§ for an isolation of an individual. Very serious are conflicts between employees which could lead to some forms of bullying. The attention is payed to a defence against these negative phenomenon such as a well developed pro§ess of adaptation, quality system of communication within an organisation and responsible approach of an organisation leaders. The thesis also focuses on a working group which gets in an isolation. This state could not have a wTong impact on its members mental helth. But the satisfaction of group members with a current situation could be a problem. The state of an isolation is possible to manage by setting of change process. Although it was described a lot of ways how to peďorm a change its successfirl completion is very difficult and many attempts fail. The Change Management in an Environment of Selected Sports Organizations

Bachelor thesis deals with the application of change management - management changes for selected sports organizations hockey club Zvolen. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the general theory of change management, different procedures and evaluation of the administrative process of change management in the organization. Part of this work is the analysis of the current state of HKM Zvolen, description of the organization as a whole and in the light of theoretical knowledge proposal innovation and change appropriate for the organization.

Motivation for Change within the Team Communication

The aim of the thesis was to facilitate the implementation of process change in the company KS-Europe, s.r.o. For this purpose, I conducted a survey in that enterprise through which I examined the feelings and opinions of employees for future change. On the basis of the survey was identified risk areas in preparation for the change about which I informed the director of the company that he could possibly take appropriate measures to alleviate the course of change. Approximately two months after the introduction of the change I conducted structured interviews with the director of the company, the chief of Heftshop and two employees. These interviews were analyzed by comparison to assess the overall course changes.
Utilizing the Predictive Index personality typology in change management by J.Kotter

The thesis offers results of a research which has been conducted to look for and describe the typical personal characteristics of a change manager using Predictive Index tool and Kotter´s 8 steps process of change management. The thesis also offers set of practical recommendations for change management leaders as well as for the organizations.
Description and Analysis of Change Management in Plzensky Prazdroj, a. s.

This thesis deals with the Change Management issue and its use in Plzeňský Prazdroj, a. s. The paper briefly summarizes the basics of Change Management and it also describes types of changes , change process and some of Change Management models, of which the greatest attention is paid to the Kotter's eight step method. The aim of this work is to analyze the functioning of Change Management in Plzeňský Prazdroj from the perspective of the use of the mentioned Kotter's method and the communication of changes to employees. This objective was fulfilled through a questionnaire survey among employees affected by the change and through semi-structured interviews with project team members. The questionnaire and interviews questioned Change Management of two large projects implemented during past years in this company. The answers obtained from the questionnaires and interviews complemented each other . I found that the most neglected part of the change processes of these projects was post--implementation phase, which includes the change integration and anchoring. In the end of the practical part is the summary of key learnings and my suggestions for improvement.
The Change of Management of The Divadlo Na zábradlí in the season 2013/2014

Abstract: The topic of my bachelor thesis is the changes of management or to be more specific -- the change of management of the theatre. Divadlo Na zábradlí, one of the most successful semi-budgetary organizations in Prague, serves as an example of practice. The thesis goes into details about special characteristics in the field of theatre, a non-profit organization in public sector. The thesis deals with the specifics of the management, especially management changes and its particularities in theater, entity in the nonprofit sector. It deals with the management of the theater as a contributory organization, combining art and problematic of the management, which is in terms of Czech NGOs still underestimated. My work is focused on the modification of the organization with regard to the specifics of the theater. After a theoretical introduction to be dedicated to specific topics directly linked to the situation in the Divadlo Na zábradlí in 2013 occurred.
The reasons of a frequent failure in promoting kaizen to Czech employees

This diploma thesis deals with problems which often occur during implementation of kaizen philosophy into economic practice in Czech environment. Many Czech companies that adopted this philosophy do not reach such good results, compared to companies in Japan. Czech employee's do not accept it in good way. Thus the target of this thesis is to find out possible causes of this unfavourable situation. In theoetical parts, kaizen phiosophy and other related factors such as organizational culture are described. Furthermore, most frequent kaizen practice and its most important effects are described well as a brief history of it in Japan, USA, and Czech. Real implementations of kaizen in three companies in Czech Republic are analyzed in empirical part of this thesis. Most important points of this part are qualitative research (interviews with employees of these three companies) and quantitative research (questionares were filled by employees in one of these firms). The outputs of the thesis are general as well as specific suggestions for these three companies.
