The Effect of the Advertising in an Auction Company

In the framework of public auctions the auction-companies work, which on the one hand face the problem of realizing the public auction from the point of view of marketing, on the other hand, at the same time, they try to be visible in the relationship the auctioneer and the auction proposer. It is a closed cycle whose task is to strengthen the marketing potential and, at the same time to increase the financial profit of the firm. The aim of this diplom thesis is focused on the advertising acivities of a smalll auction company, which at present is not very effective. This auction company has been lately rather successful and has proved its vitality, on the contrary, its profits in the form af the auctioneer´s rewards have started to stagnate. One of the reasons may be its lack of financial means which might have been released for the purpose of advertising. That is why, the aim of this diploma thesis is to avaluate the present advertising activities of an auction company. The positive and negative working of a concrete auctioneer in the public auctions market is going to be specified by help of single cases. The aim is also the identifying of the elementary mistakes giving evidences of bad advertising activities of the company. In the conclusion some recommendations concerning advertising activities are defined; their task is to enable small auction companies to make themselves more visible in the public auctions market.

In the theoretical section describes the recommended procedure for making the tender complete ad design, design a personal questionnaire and the interview questions. Analyze the problem here is the Ten selection, applicant tracking, using a variety of sources addressing, pre-selection and use of personal interview, test and demonstration work as a method of selecting candidates. In the practical part of the research was conducted at the high school Region in the selection process. Based on the lessons learned was to map the situation and evaluate their results and advice on problem areas announced by the proceedings. The theoretical part describes the issue of the tender process and recommended its implementation. Language and style of the advertisement

The thesis analyzes the advertisement that was published in three selected national newspapers and a weekly magazine. It focuses on the period last thirty years (comparison with the 80`s of the 20th century, the 90`s of the 20th century and the period after 2000). It is trying to show changes that occurred during the processing period of advertising texts in thematic, language and style area. The thesis concentrates on the selected sample of advertising texts and as well the most common principles of creation, it compares with scientifically based facts from reference book relating to advertising language. Advertising language is based on the changing society and its value which is constantly in progress. The year 1989 symbolized not only the changing political and social conditions in our country but also allowed the access of foreign capital onto the Czech market and its increase in competition that the advertisement responded with huge development. The advertisement could no longer rely on the information but it had to develop more features like the attraction and persuasive function. The thesis divides the advertising into two main parts. The first thematic part focuses on the texts from the point of their formal aspects (e.g. size and position of advertising in newspaper, colorful scheme, graphic...

Pracovní inzerce je specifickou oblastí personální práce z mnoha důvodů: je prostředkem komunikace organizace se širokou veřejností, může ovlivnit image organizace, je součástí procesu získávání zaměstnanců. Skládá se z různých doplňujících se činností jako je např. definování správného publika inzerce, napsání inzerátu, výběr správného média, rozvrhnutí dostupných finančních zdrojů a časové naplánování jednotlivých kroků. Zároveň inzerování zahrnuje i papírování, které obsahuje objednávání a monitorování inzerce, účetnictví, evidenci odpovědí a pak také především další komunikaci s uchazeči o pracovní místo.
