Title: Analysis of circumstances, which affect attacks on rescuers during a service. Objectives: Objective of the thesis is to analyze and describe in detail circumstances and possible risks, which can happen during a duty of health service employee. Methods: This thesis is conceive as quantitative research with using constructed enquiry, which tries to find out set data. In theoretical part is used description of current situation. Results: Result of the thesis is elaborated analysis of circumstances, which affect attacks on rescuers during a service. The Issue of the Just Distribution of Limited Resources in the Health Sector The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current state and development of the principal legal institutes concerning health care financing and to define their relationship to the main principles of distributive justice. Health care financing is a specific issue, from both the economic as well as legal point of view, especially because human life is dealt with in this domain. The first chapter therefore deals with distributive justice in health care as a potentially leading principle for elaborating legislation. The history of philosophy has provided legislators with some useful tools which can help them to decide whether a norm can be labelled as "just". The following part of the text consists of three chapters which deal with different levels of redistribution. In the first chapter, the national level is focused on, the key issues being the evolution of health care systems, their typology according to the financial sources (taxes, insurance or private financing) and main advantages and disadvantages of each of the options. Distributive justice in the health sector in the context of the rationalization of health care This paper should briefly introduce the major principle of health service in the Czech Republic but also practised in most developed countries. Distributive justice is a system of accumulating and redistributing wealth in order to seek balance in society. In health sector it is most commonly associated with rationing i.e. distribution of limited and costly medical sources among those who are in need of medical care in a justifiable way. Not to be mistaken distributive justice with social justice even though there is a fine line between the two. The thesis is divided into fifteen chapters each describing certain aspect of distributive justice in the health sector or a related issue. Opening chapters are dedicated to theoretical, historical and philosophical overview; following part contains single elements of distributive justice both in general and in context of health care. Issues of medical standards and regulatory charges are discussed in subsequent chapters with regard to recent case law of the Constitutional court. Road to Respect: Reason for Migration to Germany from the Perspective of Future Graduates of Prague Medical Faculties of Charles University

This master thesis deals with the topic of migration of the fresh graduates from Czech Republic to Germany. By means of a qualitative research the decision and reasons to migrate are presented in this thesis like a natural strategy of reaction on decline of an actual situation of young doctors in the Czech health system. The research shows an important role of the non-financial motivating factors. The central topic of research became the social status, especially the prestige and related respect. The reasons for migration are introduced with the theoretical help of the Push and pull factors theory. The understanding of the strategy of decision to migrate as a natural process is related to the theory of Exit, voice and loyalty of Albert Hirschman. The research is based on a series of semi-structured interviews with participants who intend to migrate after the graduation. Since this thesis is focused on the perspective of the main actors of the phenomenon, the migrants, it introduces the diversity of their attitudes to the reasons for migration. Criminal aspects of assisted reproduction

The concept of assisted reproduction is widely discussed by both professional and lay public. New scientific discoveries in the fields of biology and medicine as well as the use of methods and procedures that enable the emergence of new life raise number of issues, not only the legal ones. The purpose of this thesis is to provide the comprehensive survey of criminal law relationships which may arise in the context of providing the assisted reproduction. The thesis examines whether the current legislation guarantees sufficient protection of relations, interests and values covered by the Criminal Code. Within the analysis of crimes the thesis deals with the need for criminal repression and gives proposals de lege ferenda. The thesis is composed of five chapters. The first chapter is subdivided into two parts. Part One defines the concept of assisted reproduction, describes the historical overview of the events that preceded the current interpretation of the concept and explicates basic medical terminology related to the chosen topic. Part Two presents the basic principles on which the Czech regulation is established and contains specification of the relevant sources of law. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the distribution of medication in the social welfare health institution. The objectives of the thesis were to focus on procedures of distributing medication by nurses and to introduce the most frequent complications when distributing the medication in the social care institute. The thesis is composed of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes social and health care services, a health and social care system, a general pharmacology, medicaments' distribution and the complications during the distribution, and the competency of nurses. Analysis and implementation process of system Prosoft for a hospital

The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the information system by company Prosoft and its current state of use at a hospital in Košice. The work is divided into two parts. The first part is to elucidate the company Prosoft, as such, but also the products and services it offers. In the second part we will learn about the system requirements and the requirements from hospital to company, but the main part is to analyze the functionality of the system and a description of its implementation. The result of this work is to present useful information on an information system designed specifically for medical uses. It also suggests some improvements that would help the system to greater efficiency and popularity.
Community Care about People with Mental Disorder

This thesis focuses on a community care of people with a mental disorder. The topic of the bachelor thesis deals with social workers and organizations who provide this care and people who use it. The aim of this thesis is to map the social and health services for people with mental disorder including its continuity and to create a concept of these services for people above 18 years of age and above in the district of České Budějovice according to the development plan of social services České Budějovice. I focused on the types of services which are in district of České Budějovice and its linking and the function of community care within. This information was focused on mainly in the practical part of the thesis. In the theoretical part, I focused on the meaning of community service, the development and focus, next subjects were mental disorders and its typology and the quality of the patients lives. The file was worked out by a quantitative research method, using survey questionnaires and half-standardized interview with informants. Informants were chosen by purpose quota choice. The evaluation was classified by cluster method and the diagrams, graphs, charts were made and based on the information I had obtained and subsequently described. The solution provides a detailed overview of frequency and linking of the organizations in the district of České Budějovice. This overview contains processed health and social services which the mentally disordered people are provided by. I focused on an importance of the role of a social worker in my research and I broke it down and typified it in the charts. I also created a SWOT analysis of a community service, its strong and weak sides and also opportunities and risks based on all data obtained from informants. The output of the research is a lack of health services for people with mental disorder and a huge scale of social services. Next finding was that the organizations enquired have provided these services for a long time and they have been cooperating together. The system is tight and the climate is very positive.

This thesis engage in design of outdoor multifunctional madical box for vaccination. It´s a mobile rear specified firstly for humanitarian missions and for resolution of current inconvenient conditions. Its multifunctionality consist in a transport of necessary supply, in a possibility of siting of medics and pacients, in satisfactory stacking area and in possibility of networking. Many things are compact in this project. mobility with sufficiency of space, simplicity with variability, weight with stability as well as shaping with acceptable financial expenses.
