The Master´s thesis „Stress evaluation, coping and reduction” deals with a very up-to-date subject of employees stress. It analyzes stress types, development, symptoms and influence on health and work results of employees. It also concentrates on factors which evoke the stress, their identification and elimination in corporate environment. The first part of my thesis focuses on theoretical analysis of the above-mentioned issues. Second, practical part deals with the process of finding and evaluting stress factors in a logistic company and its employees. Final part focuses on project of elimination of stress and its factors in the company.
Proposal of motivation system of employees at telemarketing company

Adaptation of new Employees in a selected Organization as an Instrument to Reduce Fluctuations

The diploma thesis is concentrated on connections between adaptation and staff tur-nover in particular organization. Especially it is about the finding whether the increased given notices in organization are based on adaptation or it is caused by other reasons. In the analysed company the qustionnaire was spred among the current workers with the intent to find out, whether the staff turnover of technical workers is influenced in the first place by bad adaptation or not. The survey results confirmed that there exist other reasons above all. The adaptation can be perceived as a suitable instrument for fluctuation decrease but under condition the adaptation is prepared properly.
Applying lean techniques to improve the process of search and recruitment at blue collar workers

The aim of the thesis is improvement of the recruitment process for the position of welder in a particular company so that the plan to hire 45 new welders would be filled until the end of 2015. As part of the process another opportunity to improve was found and defined. This secondary issue is high fluctuation of welders. Secondary targets of the thesis include mapping, measuring and analysis of the current state of new workers recruitment and also positive motivation of current welders, which create the basis for proposed changes that were later implemented. In the last step the impacts of these changes are controlled and summed up. The whole process follows the DMAIC method steps. During the real project solution tools like Lean management, SIPOC, Flowchart and Ishikawa diagram, first pass yield, A3 report and Benchmarking were used. Above mentioned methodological tools are all described in the practical part of the thesis. In conclusion, it was found out that suggested and implemented amendments improved the recruitment process by 12 percentage points. Fluctuation, the second drawback, is however not possible to measure yet as the impact of the changes will be expected to show within 1 year. Although there was a significant improvement of the whole processes, the plan was not met up to the last day in October 2015. Out of the 45 planned positions, 37 welders in total were casted.
Comparative analysis of the workforce fluctuation in selected accommodation facilities

The subject of submitted diploma thesis is a comparative analysis of the two selected accommodation facilities with a focus on fluctuating workforce. The first part focuses on theoretical foundations. It defines the basic terms from the field of services in tourism, human resources and managing and its subsequent application in the context of motivation, satisfaction and staff turnover. In the second part are the two chosen hotel facilities introduced and on the basis of the survey potential fluctuation at each facility is analyzed as well as probable causes are determined. In conclusion there is a comparison of results in both facilities and recommendations that may lead to a reduction of turnover.
Securitas company employee benefits

The goal of the thesis "Securitas company employee benefits" is regional and time comparison of employee benefits in the security agency Securitas. This thesis evaluates the impact of economical crisis on employee benefits; it describes the fluctuation of employees related to the crisis and compares providing benefits in branches of different states of Visegrad Group. The theoretical part explains basic terms concerning motivation and employee benefits. In addition, it involves the issue of world wide financial and economical crisis, describes company leadership during crisis and Visegrad Group itself. The practical part introduces the security company Securitas and its program of providing benefits and analyses fluctuation of the employees related to limitation of employee benefits implemented due to the crisis. At the end of this part, provided benefits of Securitas` branches in all four states of Visegrad Group are compared. Afterwards, there is a summary of analyzed results and evaluation of the original hypothesis.

This diploma thesis focuses on the employee benefits with emphasis being put on the valid legislation and tax implications for the employer as well as the employee due to providing benefits. This work's objective is to put together proposals for improvement of the current employee benefits systems in three analysed compa-nies that have different business activities. The companies that were involved in the research are active in the areas of industry, services and agriculture. Partial objective of this work was to research the dependency between the sphere of activity and the selected characteristics. The research results show that employee benefits have a significant influence on the employees' motivation and satisfaction and that employee benefits expenses cannot be considered an inconsequential item. The research proved the hypothesis that well-informed employees judge employee benefits system generally better. All the companies were therefore recommended to eliminate the discovered problem of insufficient benefits awareness of the employees and the conditions for benefits providing. The companies were also recommended to focus in greater detail on a thorough record of expenses for each of the benefits. Other different recommendations are made to each of the analysed companies with emphasis during the recommendations' formation on the balance between the employer's notion, employees' requirements and needs and the cost optimization with regards to benefits tax advantage. For every company, there exists a unique optimal structure of the benefits regardless of the sphere of activity that has no effect during the portfolio decision-making.

Abstract Válková, M. Evaluation the economic impact of employees fluctuation in the New Yorker company. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2014. This bachelor thesis is focused mainly on turnover rate of employees and the eco-nomic impact of it in New Yorker company. The first part deals with staff turnover in general. It explains the basic concept of fluctuation, its main causes and positive also negative impacts. It also describes human resources planning and its impact on employee turnover. The practical part describes the company and its personnel planning. In addition, staff turnover in the company in the years 2008 -- 2013 and its impact on the economic situation of the company. A survey of employee satisfaction is used to conclude suggestions and recommendations to reduce staff turnover in the company.
