Předmětem diplomové práce je komparativní analýza dvou vybraných hotelových ubytovacích zařízení se zaměřením na fluktuaci pracovní síly. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska. Vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti poskytování služeb v cestovním ruchu, lidských zdrojů a jejich řízení a jejich následné aplikace v souvislosti s motivací, spokojeností a fluktuací zaměstnanců. V druhé části práce jsou představena dvě vybraná hotelová ubytovací zařízení a na základě dotazníkového šetření je analyzován fluktuační potenciál v každém zařízení a určeny pravděpodobné příčiny. V závěru práce je provedena komparace výsledků vybraných zařízení a jsou stanovena doporučení, která mohou vést ke snížení míry fluktuace. The subject of submitted diploma thesis is a comparative analysis of the two selected accommodation facilities with a focus on fluctuating workforce. The first part focuses on theoretical foundations. It defines the basic terms from the field of services in tourism, human resources and managing and its subsequent application in the context of motivation, satisfaction and staff turnover. In the second part are the two chosen hotel facilities introduced and on the basis of the survey potential fluctuation at each facility is analyzed as well as probable causes are determined. In conclusion there is a comparison of results in both facilities and recommendations that may lead to a reduction of turnover.
