Diplomová práce analyzuje problémy, které souvisejí s motivací, vedením operátorů v call centru. Obsahuje návrhy vhodného motivačního systému, které mohou být klíčovým faktorem k dlouhodobé spokojenosti zaměstnanců, ke zvýšení jejich výkonnosti, k poklesu fluktuace a mohou vést k zajištění stabilní prosperity firmy, ke zvýšení tržeb z prodeje. The thesis analyses problems connected with motivation and leading of call centre operators. It contains proposals of convenient motivation system which could be key factor for long-term satisfaction of employees, increase of their productivity, decrease of their fluctuaction and could provide the stable firm prosperity, increase of sale.
