Managerial Communication in Selected Organizations

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of managerial communication in three selected organizations of cultural type. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current state of managerial communication and to propose changes that could lead to improvement. Information related to communication was obtained through interviews with directors of organizations and a questionnaire method from employees. During the interviews, questions were asked on the topic of internal and external communication. The questionnaire method was quite successful and in all organizations the success rate was at least 70 %. In conclusion, the findings indicate that managerial communication within all examined organizations operates at a satisfactory level, which does not hinder the organizations' functionality. Each investigated organization exhibits certain minor deficiencies. However, none significantly surpasses the others in terms of communication quality.
Proposal for Improvement Communication in Firm

Abstract The thesis deals with effective interpersonal communication and communication with customers, which is one of the most important parts of marketing. The thesis is divided into three main sections – theoretical, analytical and practical. The theoretical part describes external and internal communication in corporate management. The analytical section describes the company Videoklinik Ltd. from perspective of its activities and by means of analysis identifies weaknesses in communication. In the practical part elements of communication are drawn and recommended to streamline system of communication within and outside the company thus to secure not only prosperity of the company but mainly its maintenance on the market.

Master´s thesis analyses modern methods of communication in company management. The objective is to discover out the crucial defects of this issue and to outline possible solutions which would improve the weaknesses – of internal communication. The master´s thesis consists of three parts: The theoretical part is concerned about communicational instruments which have been used by the operational company ČEPRO, a.s. The analytical part describes implementation of communicational instruments in the company. (external communication, internal communication, crisis communication and communication during the new product implementation) The proposal part recommends appropriate elements for efficient communication within the current communication system in the company.

The diploma thesis FFA 2016 looks at ways of communicating the Faculty of Fine Arts BUT. It offers a theoretical proposal of how to present the school to the public and also aims to initiate a discussion between the school management and its teaching staff. I’ve additionally implemented a part of the proposal in cooperation with the faculty. The thesis balances between study, analysis, implementation and opinion. It includes specific applications in form of events, visual identity suggestions, marketing and means of advertising.
The role of communication strategy in nonprofit sector

New civil society organizations are those that are most often commercialized. Salamon (2005) discusses commercialization when organizations are motivated to offer services and products exclusively for profit. He presents commercialization as the penetration of market principles, culture and thinking into the non-profit sector. This phenomenon at NGOs serves the purpose of gaining financial independence and legitimization. On the other hand, the Center for Public Opinion Research (2019) published a report in which it was found that NGOs find themselves at the bottom places in a survey of credibility in selected institutions. The diploma thesis aimed to determine how NGOs should successfully communicate their activity to stakeholders to strengthen external credibility and gain financial independence and corporate culture. The research included techniques such as questionnaire survey, non- intrusive techniques and semi-structured interviews. The results have shown that the role of communication strategy is significant in the selected NGO. The NGO develops and evaluates the strategy annually and includes its entire organizational team. The research was done on the example of sequa gGmbH in Bonn, a non-profit development organization. Through interviews and observation protocols, the impressions and experiences of employees of sequa were collected.

Marketing communication of the primary school ABSTRACT The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of marketing communication in education. The aim of the thesis is to compare marketing communication of primary schools in the capital city and primary schools the district of Nymburk. The thesis is focused on the comparison of marketing communication between those schools and parents of pupils who attend them. These findings will be based on electronic questionnaires which were sent to parents of pupils from five primary schools in Prague 12 and five primary schools in the district of Nymburk. The aim of the interview will beat least 70 % return on the total of 300 questionnaires sent out. Subsequently, the questionnaire survey will be evaluated and differences in marketing communication in Prague and in Nymburk district will be analyzed. The research focuses on the differences in the marketing tools used, the complexity of the informations provided through the primary school website, and the question if communication is the most important factor in the choice of primary school. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to decribe and evaluate the internal and external communication in a selected company and to propose possible changes and improvements. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis describes main concepts such as communication, communication functions and types and so on. The practical part is focused on the current internal and external communication in a selected company. The research on the internal communication is conducted through a questionnaire survey, interviews and observation. The external communication is analysed by a interview with the spokesperson.
