The subject of the bachelor thesis is to propose an internal regulation for evaluation and remuneration of employees in the company FAKSA-STRAKA, Ltd. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with basic concepts closely related to evaluation and rewarding of employees. In the practical part, the analysis of the current state of the abovementioned company is elaborated, then there is research which is made by means of a questionnaire survey.

This Master’s thesis deals with the process of employee evaluation in the company GEOtest, a.s. In the first part of the thesis are defined all the necessary theoretical findings needed to formulate proposals for the society. Practical part includes particular information about the company GEOtest, a.s. and the analysis of the current state of evaluation. Furthermore, the new concept of the system of evaluation in accordance with the corporate needs is presented, including the link up of the system and recommendation for its implementation.
The Analysis and Proposal of Changes in the System of Employee Evalution and Remuneration of a Selected Company

This thesis deals with questions of the evaluation systems and system of paying employees XY. The theoretical part is focused on job evaluation, salary structure, remuneration and benefits. The practical part includes the analysis of the payroll system which is supplemented by my own observations and opinions of employees. Furthermore, the analysis of competition and labour market has been performed. The last section deals with a proposal of changes in the evaluation and reward system aimed at increasing labour productivity.
The system of evaluation of employees in a selected organization

The aim of this thesis is to propose changes after the analysis of the employee evaluation system in a selected organization, which is the company Schäfer-Menk s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the following concepts: human resource management, employee evaluation, its criteria, the person of the evaluator, evaluation errors, and what constitutes performance management. Then the different ways of employee evaluation are defined and at the end of this part the importance of employee evaluation is summarized. In the practical part, information about Schäfer-Menk Ltd. is given. Furthermore, an analysis of the current evaluation and remuneration system is made. The basis for the analysis is information from the HR director and a questionnaire survey of the company's employees. On the basis of the comparison of the data obtained from the practical part with the theoretical findings, suggestions for the improvement of the current employee evaluation system in this company were recommended.
The Evaluation of pedagogical staff

The topic of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of teaching staff. The aim of the thesis is to describe the evaluation tools used for evaluation of teaching staff in private primary and secondary schools in the Czech Republic and to propose an optimisation of the evaluation system based on the results. The thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the issue of teacher evaluation and presents a summary of methods of teacher evaluation that can be used to improve the quality of education. In the theoretical part, concepts such as forms, criteria, functions, process and methods of evaluation are introduced. The specific aspects of teacher evaluation and the importance of communication of evaluation results to staff, mistakes of evaluators and evaluated, as well as evaluation principles, new trends in this field and possible uses of evaluation results are described. The practical part of the thesis is based on a questionnaire survey among principals of private primary and secondary schools. The results show that lesson observations and self-evaluation are the most commonly used tools for teacher evaluation. Employee evaluation system in a selected organization

The aim of the diploma thesis are proposals for changes to improve the system of evaluation of employees in a selected organization based on analysis, assessment and evaluation of management in this area. In the theoretical part of the work, the literature that corresponds to the assignment is used. In the practical part, the current system of evaluation of employees in the selected company is first analyzed, then a questionnaire survey is prepared, which analyzes the satisfaction and the view of employees on the evaluation system. Finally, there are suggestions that should lead to the improvement of the existing system of evaluation of employees in the organization.

The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the system of remuneration and evaluation of employee in a selected organization - industrial production, and to improve this system. The work is used professional literature corresponding to the specified subject. Subsequently, a questionnaire survey analyzes the employee satisfaction with the remuneration and evaluation system. School Management Evaluation and Selfevaluation

This thesis is focused on process of evaluation and self-evaluation of school-management in leisure time centres in Central Bohemia and Prague. The thesis aims to discover how and whether at all evaluation and self-evaluation of school-management takes place in leisure centres, including sources, methods and criterias being used. In theoretical part we define origin and meaning of the evaluation and self-evaluation concept and we present main thoeries of this discipline in so called Evaluation theory tree. Then, Leisure time centres are classified presented in context of Czech school system and types of education - informal, non-formal and formal. Individual chapters deal with general presentation of leisure time centres, definition of school management (including legal requirements concerning their education), evaluation tools, projects, methods, competences and competence models of middle management in leisure time centres. We also introduce here evaluation tools created for leisure time centres, especially online system Olina. Evaluation tools for assessment of the School Educational Programme in the field of pedagogical process

The final thesis deals with methods and techniques that are used for collecting and analyzing data used in the evaluation process in school curriculums in kindergartens. The theoretical part contains definitions and basic concepts related to the areas of assessment and evaluation, evaluation tools and processes. It identifies the basic methods and techniques of evaluation processes and their practical application in the assessment of the evaluation system of the School Education Program (SEP) in terms of merged kindergartens. In the empirical part it focuses on the issue (area) of the evaluation of school curriculums in kindergartens in terms of unified kindergartens and is based on information obtained by a questionnaire survey. It examines the practical usage of specific evaluation tools in assessing evaluation systems, analyzes actual implementation, effectiveness and functionality of evaluation practices and evaluation of the research. In conclusion it provides recommendations for possible procedures and solutions of discovered shortcomings in the evaluation of school curricula in terms of unified kindergartens.
