Tématem bakalářské práce je navrhnout vnitřní předpis pro hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti FAKSA-STRAKA, s. r. o. Teoretická část práce se zabývá základními pojmy, jež úzce souvisí s hodnocením a odměňováním pracovníků. V praktické části je zpracována analýza současného stavu již zmíněné společnosti, dále je zde vytvořen výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření. The subject of the bachelor thesis is to propose an internal regulation for evaluation and remuneration of employees in the company FAKSA-STRAKA, Ltd. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with basic concepts closely related to evaluation and rewarding of employees. In the practical part, the analysis of the current state of the abovementioned company is elaborated, then there is research which is made by means of a questionnaire survey.
