Algorithms and Methods of Statistical Processing of Q Sorting

The goal of this bachelor thesis was to learn about Q-methodology, create a Q-sort for test data extraction, convert test data into JSON format, experiment with data visualization and evaluation, and create a library for evaluating and visualization of the Q-sort data. The paper includes a report on the technologies used and a description of each tool implemented in the developed library. My main focus was on data visualization, where I experimented with different graphs and visualization libraries. With this library, the user can easily evaluate and visualize the data obtained from the Q-sort.

The master thesis deals with the term "talent management", specifically by defining the design of talent management in a selected company and its implementation, in order to stabilize employees with the potential for further successful development. The company ACD is a domestic company with a focus on the development and production of pharmaceuticals. This thesis aims to define the talent in the company ACD and analysing the requirements for the implementation of talent management. Based on the results of the analysis, specific recommendations for the implementation of talent management in the company ACD could be evaluated.

The bachelor thesis deals with the employee remuneration system in a selected company. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge concerning the remuneration of employees and their motivation. The analytical section examines in detail the current state of remuneration and the level of satisfaction with it. The proposal section then presents its own suggestions for improving the current remuneration system.

The thesis deals with the selection of a suitable supplier for the supply of machining accessories for a selected company using multi-criteria evaluation methods. In the first part the basic principles of multicriteria decision making, the process and all the methods that are subsequently used in the course of this thesis are explained theoretically. The second part of this thesis focuses on the introduction of the selected company and the analysis of the suppliers. In order to evaluate them, multicriteria decision making methods were used to support the selection process.

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a hodnocení metody "Best Value Approach" (BVA) ve veřejných zakázkách. Cílem práce je posoudit současnou účinnost a výhody této metody ve srovnání s tradičními metodami výběru dodavatelů. Práce analyzuje relevantní teoretické koncepty a modely. Dále je provedena případová studie vybraných veřejných zakázek, které byly realizovány s využitím metody BVA. Výsledkem práce je porovnání výsledků a identifikace současných klíčových faktorů úspěchu a omezení této metody ve veřejných zakázkách.
Art portfolio as a form of assessment of pupils in art education

The thesis focuses on art portfolio as a didactic tool, form, use for reflective assessment of pupils in the teaching of art education at the first level of primary school. Theoretical part of the thesis generally describes the assessment of pupils in school education. Further focuses on the interpretation of concept of portfolio, on its various forms, types, and its use in school education. Then describes the concept of the subject Art education and ways of assessing pupils in the subject. Practical part of the thesis is based on the creation of pupil's portfolio in art education designed for reflection. The practical part aimed at the creation of a portfolio by pupils in the first year of primary education. Based on which the pupils were reflection on the artwork and the resulting drawings. The pupils were guided to be independent, creative and develop to metacognitive skills - such as the ability to self-reflect. Portfolios were created and reflected during the first semester of the school year. Artistic probe and work with reflective art portfolios was completed assessment of pupils for the purposes of the mid-term report card. Art portfolios did not contribute positively to develop pupils' self-reflection, but it also develops the pupils' other skills and competences necessary for their own...
