The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of rewardment of the employees in the chosen company. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first part of the thesis covers the explanation of the basic terms relating the theory of rewardment. The second chapter analyzes the current state of the selected company and in the last part of the thesis changes are proposed to improve the system of remuneration of workers.

Based on the performed analyzes, changes to the current system are proposed in order to increase employee satisfaction.
