Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první část obsahuje vysvětlení základních pojmů týkající se teorie odměňování. Ve druhé kapitole je zanalyzován současný stav řešené problematiky ve vybrané společnosti a v poslední části práce jsou navrženy změny na zlepšení systému odměňování. The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of rewardment of the employees in the chosen company. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first part of the thesis covers the explanation of the basic terms relating the theory of rewardment. The second chapter analyzes the current state of the selected company and in the last part of the thesis changes are proposed to improve the system of remuneration of workers.
