Internal Communication in a Selected Company
Žebra, Jiří ; Konečná, Zdeňka (referee) ; Konečný, Štěpán (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of internal communication in the selected company, identify and assess ineffective elements of internal communication across the company, and then propose appropriate solutions that would lead to the improvement of internal communication. On the basis of theoretical starting points, interviews and questionnaires with selected employees of the company, measures leading to the improvement of information and motivation of employees are chosen. These measures have a positive effect on the working atmosphere and the work itself in the given company.
Design of an Information System Part
Kokov, Maksim ; Luhan, Jan (referee) ; Neuwirth, Bernard (advisor)
This thesis focuses on designing a solution to streamline operations at Amigos Barbershop in Brno. The analysis of the current state of the business identified key issues, such as an inefficient booking system, a weak online presence, and a lack of a centralized CRM. Based on the analysis results, the thesis proposes implementing a CRM system on the Tilda platform, which offers integrated tools for online booking, customer management, marketing, and data analysis. The thesis describes in detail the functionality of the system and its benefits for improving processes in the barbershop. The thesis includes an economic evaluation of the project, which demonstrates a high return on investment in the CRM system.
Transducers in Automata Library Mata
Chocholatý, David ; Lengál, Ondřej (referee) ; Holík, Lukáš (advisor)
Implementujeme konečné převodníky do nové rychlé a jednoduché automatové knihovny Mata. Hlavní odlišující vlastnosti knihovny Mata zahrnují jednoduchost (jednoduchá k užívání, úpravě a rozšíření) a efektivitu (pracuje rychle). Nakonec experimentálně vyhodnotíme efektivitu konečných převodníků v knihovně Mata na nové sadě příkladů s operacemi nahrazení z běhů nástroje Z3-Noodler a z řešení problémů nalezení vzoru.
Effectiveness Evaluation of Communication in the Company with a Focus on Team Meetings
Turcovská, Adéla ; Václavík, Lukáš (referee) ; Širáňová, Lenka (advisor)
The thesis focuses on a comprehensive examination of the effectiveness of team meetings and communication processes in a specific non-profit organization, with the aim of identifying key gaps and proposing practical solutions to overcome them. The main output of the thesis is a detailed list of suggested changes that can be applied across all departments of the organization.
Design of an Information System Part
Khasanov, Kamil ; Koch, Miloš (referee) ; Neuwirth, Bernard (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the analysis and optimization of the information system of TheSoul Publishing. The aim of the work is to improve the processes of report generation, statistics collection and information processing. The focus of the thesis is on proposing changes leading to increased efficiency and better integration of system components. An economic analysis of the proposed changes was performed, which showed significant time and cost savings.
An optimal strategy for transporting objects between moving conveyor belts
Vítek, Pavel ; Friml, Dominik (referee) ; Veselý, Libor (advisor)
This thesis deals with strategies used in pick-and-place applications. In the theoretical part, the main parameters of the robot-conveyor system, such as efficiency and gripping rate, are first described. Subsequently, pick-and-place problems are divided into solutions with one or more robots. Then, the paper focuses on well-known strategies such as FIFO or SPT. The construction of a cost function based on the position of an object on the conveyor is described. Furthermore, the creation of the simulation is described, which is then compared to the B&R solution. Then, the different strategies in different scenarios are analysed. Finally, the rules for the selection of strategies are formulated and the whole paper is summarized.
Strategic Management in the Selected Agricultural Company
HUBIČKOVÁ, Marie
This diploma thesis deals with strategic management in a selected agricultural company, also with regard to the impact of the new common agricultural policy for the period 2023-2027. Using strategic analyzes such as STEP analysis, resource analysis, scenario analysis, the company's strategic position will be evaluated as a result of the internal and external influences on the company. According to the SWOT analysis, a proposal for new strategies will then be prepared for the company's management, which will be more precisely specified, any acquisition costs will be expressed, essential benefits and possible savings will be described.

The data was obtained through questionnaire surveys and guided interviews with employees of selected construction companies. The paper concludes with a summary of partial conclusions and formulates recommendations for improving communication and corporate culture in construction companies. This work included a proposal for a more effective survey methodology and tips for making the industry more attractive to young people.
The Effectiveness of Mass Media Instrumentalization in Offensive Foreign Policy Strategies
Mareš, Tomáš ; Aslan, Emil (advisor) ; Mölder, Holger (referee) ; Sazonov, Vladimir (referee)
The dissertation thesis focuses on the issue of the effectiveness of mass media instrumentalization on the information-psychological level in offensive foreign policy strategies. Despite an increased interest in both the offensive potential of mass media assets as well as particular strategies enabling to employ these assets to assertively decide political and military conflicts in the course of the last two decades, there is still a crucial lack of understanding of how the effectiveness of these strategic approaches is produced or could be appraised. Therefore, this dissertation thesis aims to construct a comprehensive definition of effectiveness in the given context and use it to generate a new and unparalleled analytical model that can be applied to proceed with a qualitative assessment of the 'efficiency potential' of (real or prospective) offensive foreign mass media campaigns led on the information-psychological level. Such a kind of tool (or similar) is still desperately missing. In the last step, a purposefully selected case study framework - Russian mass media in Ukraine in 2013 (but referencing to both: the period of building up the Russian media network starting from the first presidential term of Vladimir Putin and its utilization during the latent and escalation phases of the Russian-...
