Tato diplomová práce se zabývá strategickým managmentem ve vybraném zemědělském podniku, a to i s ohledem na dopad nové společné zemědělské politiky pro období 2023-2027. Pomocí strategických analýz jako je STEP analýza, analýza zdrojů, analýza scénářů, bude vyhodnocena strategická pozice společnosti v důsledku vlivů, které na podnik působí z vnitřního i venkovního prostředí. Dle analýzy SWOT bude následně pro vedení společnosti zpracován návrh nových strategií, které budou blíže specifikované, budou vyjádřené případné náklady na pořízení, popsané zásadní přínosy a případné úspory This diploma thesis deals with strategic management in a selected agricultural company, also with regard to the impact of the new common agricultural policy for the period 2023-2027. Using strategic analyzes such as STEP analysis, resource analysis, scenario analysis, the company's strategic position will be evaluated as a result of the internal and external influences on the company. According to the SWOT analysis, a proposal for new strategies will then be prepared for the company's management, which will be more precisely specified, any acquisition costs will be expressed, essential benefits and possible savings will be described.
