The method of observation was used and all the chosen stores were directly visited to get the required information. The survey included ten retail chains and two specialized shops. Based on the results of the survey, it was possible to answer the given research questions and suggest to the retails chains and specialized shops the way how to raise awareness about the offered regional food products and what strategy, in order to increase sales of these products, shall be chosen. DIPLOMA THESIS ABSTRACT Name: Bc. Magdalena Vodová Supervisor: Mgr. Klára Novotná, Ph.D. Title: Working Ability of People with Multiple Sclerosis (Options of Occupational Therapy Counseling) Abstract: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic autoimmune disease of the central nervous system affecting young people. Reduced ability to work is a serious consequence of MS. Academic literature addresses the negative factors leading to loss of employment. Occupational therapists can provide information and recommendations focusing on the work environment of people with MS through counseling. The aim of this thesis is to propose recommended strategies for people with MS in relation to work integration. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with factors impairing work ability, specific recommendations to influence them and important information stemming from legislation. The practical part verifies the findings based on the analysis of qualitative research among employed persons with MS, which is then further compared with information from the employer. The findings show that fatigue, mobility problems, cognitive impairment, urinary dysfunction and impaired thermoregulation in confrontation with barriers in the working environment affect the ability to work. Title: Instagram of selected basketball teams Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to make the recommedation for selected czech profesional basketball teams. The recommendation will cover communication and Instagram content. Then all the recommendations will help both basketball teams and other sports associations. Methods: In this bachelor thesis the method of quantitative and qualitative data research is used. In the first stage, a quantitative method is used in the form of analysis of Instagram accounts of four selected basketball teams. This is followed by a qualitative method which is conducted using a focus group with eight basketball fans who were selected by the teams based on set criteria. Results: The analyses conducted show that basketball teams acting in the same NBL competition are not on the same level within the Instagram social network and there are significant differences between them. As a result, 2 out of 4 clubs maintain a high-level Instagram account. In the second case, there is a lack of communication with fans, consistency and consequently diversity of content. It can be concluded that success on Instagram is dependent on knowledge and 100% care on the part of the administrator. Keywords: marketing, Instagram, basketball, communication, recommendation

Šenkýřová, Hana ; Selingerová, Eliška (advisor) ; Heniková, Marina (referee)
Veganism is a way of life based on the effort to eliminate or reduce as much as possible any form of exploitation and abuse perpetrated on animals for human needs. From a dietary point of view, we use the term veganism to exclude all foods of animal origin from the diet. Plant-based diets bring indisputable health benefits, but there may also be certain risks that need to be avoided. In recent years, interest in this lifestyle has increased and we are increasingly encountering it among children, even the youngest, who are particularly prone to health problems resulting from dietary errors. This work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part contains information about the diet during pregnancy and lactation, in childhood and adolescence. Furthermore, attention is paid to veganism, especially from a nutritional point of view. The possible risks of plant diets in children and the recommendations and attitudes of health organizations are presented. The main goal of the practical part of the work was to map what awareness of the mentioned risks and recommendations parents of vegan-eating children and adolescents have and whether they also follow the recommendations in practice. I was also interested in whether and how communication on this topic between parents and...

Přístup Bushovy administrativy k otázce iránského jaderného programu: od teorie k praxi
Štěpánková, Jitka ; Bečka, Jan (advisor) ; Raška, Francis (referee)
Iranian nuclear program has presented a problem for many years. Even though the regime in Tehran has not formally announced its quest to develop nuclear weapons and has actually denied such accusations, the international community concluded from the actions of the regime that the development of nuclear weapons is the ultimate goal of Tehran. The United States reacted to the course of events and tried to limit the program or stop it altogether. The Bush Administration was not an exception in this regard. Even though the attitude towards Iran changed during 2001 - 2009, the nuclear program progressed further and still presents a great danger. Not only politicians but also academics, experts and analytics were trying to answer the question how to curb the program most effectively. This thesis analyzes and compares concepts of scholars with the actual policy practiced by the Bush Administration and finds out that both approaches vary quite significantly. While the majority of scholars recommended the administration to limit the economic sanctions and refrain from aggressive rhetoric concerning the possibility of military action, the American government tightened the sanctions and sustained the option of intervention. Since Iran still continues with its nuclear program, it can be asserted that the...
