The impact of management training on subordinates' motivation for further training

This thesis examines the impact of managers' continuing education on their subordinates' motivation for continuing education. The aim of the thesis was to find out how employees are influenced by their supervisor's approach to continuing education and whether manager training has a positive effect on motivation for learning and development. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters. First, it deals with an introduction to management, the role and tasks of the manager, approaches to leading people, or managerial competencies. The second part discusses manager education and a systematic approach to manager development, including possible barriers to learning. The third section deals with motivation, where the concepts of motivation and stimulation, the context of motivation and the hierarchy of needs are defined and strategies to motivate adults to learn are described. The practical part of the thesis analyses the educational offer within the selected organisation, which can be used regularly by managers and employees. Furthermore, structured interviews are conducted with six selected managers. The content of thesis is to analyze the process of evalution and development of employees in the organization. Education of employees is an important constituent part of efficiently functioning business. Theoretical part provides information about education, evaluation, care for employees and about performance management. Analytic part was focused on an organization in which the education of its employees is integral as it is very much influenced by the develpoment of technological process. Research, which was executed within the organization, is to reveal deficiencies that occur in process of evalution and education of employees in the organization. The last part was devoted to summary and suggests how to eliminate deficiencies.

The thesis deals with the education of employees and analyses current educational system in the specific company. In the first part of the thesis we define basic notions and terms we will use in the analysis. In the second part we describe the educational policy and processes applied by the company which are subsequently analyzed in the third part. Outcomes of the analysis serve as the basis for recommendations to improve the educational strategies and policies of the company.
Current trends in the use of digital tools in corporate education

Organizations in the Czech Republic, regardless of whether they are public institutions or private enterprises, are currently considering the need to digitalize their processes when transforming their activities. Especially in the past two years, the events of coping with the impact of the spread of COVID-19 have significantly influenced the needs and actions of social entities in the areas of work organization. This phenomenon has accelerated the use of digital tools in the field of further education building on changes in the manufacturing sector. For example, the concept of Industry 4.0 was promoted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. However, the increasing dynamics of the development and supply of digital tools for training is confronting training specialists in the private sector with the challenge of deciding which of the tools on offer are a real asset or just an ineffective experiment with no positive impact on their businesses. The subjekt of this thesis is human capital, investment options in its development and subsequent use in practice. The paper is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes human capital, investment in human capital and company training (which is a form of human capital development). Evaluation of Training Effectiveness of FOXCONN, s.r.o. company

This thesis deals with the practical aspects of corporate training with the main focus on assessment and measurement of its outputs and effectiveness. The theoretical part introduces to the reader the concepts of corporate education and professional development as well as with their current trends. Next chapters describe the methods of analyzing educational needs and defining development goals. Moreover, various models of assessing the training effectiveness are presented. The application part of this thesis consists of empirical research conducted in the FOXCONN corporation. The purpose of this research was to evaluate training effectiveness of two types of trainings, using Kirkpatrick and Brinkerhoff models, and to address current issues of corporate education and propose solutions to them.
Analysis of employee care in czech telecom company

The aim of the thesis is analysis of employee care in czech telecom company, evaluation of the preferences of benefits based on gender and age and propose steps to improve the current system. The theoretical part describes the various components of employee care, which are the basis for the practical part. In the practical part is the knowledge applied to a particular telecom company. A part of the analysis is a questionnaire, whose aim is to determine employee satisfaction with the system and determine the benefits that emloyees prefer. In conclusion, there is a recommendation of steps that would lead to better efficiecy and satisfaction of all employees.
