[cze][eng] Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza a zhodnocení péče o zaměstnance ve velké české telekomunikační společnosti, zhodnocení preferencí benefitů pro zaměstnance na základě pohlaví a věku a navrhnutí opatření ke zlepšení současného systému. V teoretické části jsou popsané jednotlivé složky péče o zaměstnance, které jsou základem pro praktickou část. V praktické části práce jsou poznatky aplikovány na konkrétní telekomunikační společnost. Součástí je analýza, která je prováděna dotazníkovým šetřením s pomocí současných zaměstnanců, jehož cílem je zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců se systémem a zjištění benefitů, které zaměstnanci preferují. Na závěr jsou díky získaným informacím doporučeny kroky, které by vedly ke zvýšení efektivnosti a spokojenosti všech zaměstnanců.The aim of the thesis is analysis of employee care in czech telecom company, evaluation of the preferences of benefits based on gender and age and propose steps to improve the current system. The theoretical part describes the various components of employee care, which are the basis for the practical part. In the practical part is the knowledge applied to a particular telecom company. A part of the analysis is a questionnaire, whose aim is to determine employee satisfaction with the system and determine the benefits that emloyees prefer. In conclusion, there is a recommendation of steps that would lead to better efficiecy and satisfaction of all employees.
