The main objective of Master Thesis Business Plan -- Beauty salon "Ingredients store" is to create a business plan for establishment of a beauty salon called "Ingedients store" including full- bodied financial plan and overall economic evaluation of the investition. The document is devided into two main sections. First section talks about general theory of making a business plan, including detailed description of it's particualar parts, phases and forms of its presentation. Second part is dedicated to creation of a business plan for particular real project, in this case it's a bueaty salon Ingredients. The whole Thesis than ends with a final summary and overall evaluation of a project.

The theme of this M.A. thesis covers a business plan creation and implementation in the non-profit sector, in the field of culture, specifically in organisation of exhibitions. The exhibition concept including accompanying activities along with a detailed business plan, which will be used for communication with potential partners, was created on the basis of a theoretical framework of management and cultural-based project specifications. The business plan and the implementation plan formulation will be preceded by a theoretical analysis of approaches and their treatments from both the commercial as well as the non profit sphere. The most suitable methods and management technologies including economical analysis will be applied in accordance with the results of the executed analysis. This thesis compromises a complex art project preparation and its implementation guide. The 'Body Moving' interactive exhibition will show pieces of art of prominent world re-known artistic and dance groups. The practical output of this thesis is represented by a complex exhibition scenario, a detailed implementation plan and a business plans that also includes all risks descriptions and their eliminations.

The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for existing beauty place. The first part theoretically describes essentials of a business plan. It deals with questions of what a business plan is, its purpose and how a business plan should look like. It explains all chapters and topics needed to be covered and its purpose. It deals with some specific aspects of doing business in services. The second part is devoted to practical issues and the business plan itself. Apart of other chapters, it includes financial, operational, marketing and personell plan and the analysis of competition and potential risks. Financial plan is made alternatively for three possible scenarios of a future development of a project.
Use marketing methods to hairdressing studio

This thesis deals with the marketing methods applied on hairdressing salon, specifically Black & White hairdressing studio. The work is divided into two parts. The first part describes the theoretical concepts such as marketing, marketing services or marketing mix of services. The second, practical part, deals with the origins and current activities of Black & White studio. In content of the second part are examined the strategic objectives of company. I applied on hairdressing services marketing mix tools. I also analyzed the competitive environment. Based on information collected from marketing research, I proposed the concept of further development of their own.

The main objective of the Master Thesis Business Plan -- Nursery School is to write a business plan for establishment of a private nursery school in Prague and verify the future viability of the project. The first theoretical part deals with the business of SMEs in general, as well as, the principles of processing and presenting a business plan. The second practical part is the real business plan with all the appurtenances that such a document requires. These are market analysis, competition analysis, marketing plan, financial plan, risk analysis etc.

Theoretical part of this bachelor thesis focuses on product development and product marketing in the specific context of marketing of services in non-corporate sector. Specific part is dedicated to tools of analysing the competition and market position. In practical part of the thesis the specific condition of AIESEC, international students organization, and its product portfolio are coming into focus. I am analysing tvojekariera.cz, a particular product of AIESEC Czech Republic, and offering solutions for its development in order to become more competitive and externally relevant.
Brand positioning World Class Czech Republic

My diploma thesis called "Brand positioning World Class Czech Republic" is focused on the analysis of the position of the brand on the Prague market of fitness centers. As the result of this analysis, I conclude my work by the recommendations to improve marketing communication of World Class company. In the theoretical part, I defined the concept of marketing, I have summarized his history, describing the various elements of the marketing mix and SWOT analysis. The next chapter is devoted to market segmentation, targeting and positioning. To conclude the theoretical part, I define the brand, its history, elements and types, I also mentioned the brand value. In the practical part, I assess the fitness field and also market of fitness centers in Prague. In the next chapter, I presented the brand of World Class Czech Republic, including its history, philosophy, representation in Prague and in the world as well and offer of services. Next, I drew on the results of my own research survey. I described a SWOT analysis and competitive analysis. Based on the responses I have analyzed the target group for the World Class brand. Subsequently, I analyzed the current marketing communication of the company, and I propose appropriate amendments that would increase its effectiveness. In the epilogue, I noted the main recommendations for brand communication.
Marketing mix of the book e-shop

This bachelor thesis deals with the marketing mix of the book e-shop. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the possibilities of positioning the e-shop in the market on the basis of competition analysis. Another aim is to suggest which tools of communications policy are proper for such a shop and last but not least to recommend what kind of pricing strategy is opportune to choose. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are presented the Internet Marketing Tools and in the practical part these tools are analyzed from the point of view of utilization in this particular case.
Marketing applications in dental office

The goal of this Bachelor's Thesis is to apply the tools of marketing mix in the dental environment. In the theoretical part, I described all the bases, which are relevant to the issue. Attention is also paid to analytical methods such as the SWOT method, or target group analysis and competitive environment. In the practical part, I made acquaintance with the concrete dental practice on which I want to show the marketing mix and other instruments mentioned in the theoretical part. Element of this thesis is to propose my own solutions, which could inspire the practice's owner in the future being to be strengthen its overall position for dental service on the local market.
