It maps out rational and emotional aspects views of mutual parent - teacher communication. Further It deals with areas, where teachers feels lower degree of confidence. It reveals communication strategies which are used in parent-teacher communication.

Proposal of Communication Plan

The aim of this work is to draft a communication plan for Přerovská realitní Ltd. that focuses on real estate development activities. The thesis is divided into three main parts - theory, analysis and proposal. The theoretical section provides information on communication, analytical part consists of an analysis applied to specific business environment and last part presents the design proposals, which should lead to the improvement of existing communication strategy.

První část definuje pojmy event a management samostatně a následně i samotný termín. Druhá část se zaměřuje na pojem Planování, jeho princip a celkový postup. Třetí kapitola se zabývá Komunikačními strategiemi, business emaily a dopisy a taktéž efektivním jazykem reklamy. Poslední část je praktická a je zaměřena na to jak principy Plánovaní fungují v praxi a jako ukázka je použita teambuildingová událost.

The use of drama as a means of increasing students' engagement in speaking activities

This thesis deals with the use of drama techniques in order to improve students' speaking skills. The purpose of the study is to determine whether the use of fictional situations and characters can provide students with the incentive and motivation to speak and help them with their willingness to communicate. The main indicator for this will be the extent to which the students who otherwise rarely volunteer to engage in oral communicative activities speak during a lesson. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part first provides a brief introduction to teaching speaking, an overview of reasons why some students might be more reluctant to speak than others, and a summary of recommendations of various authors on the topic of teaching speaking skills and how to increase student talking time. It then further looks into the findings from existing research on communication breakdowns and the use of drama as a motivation for students to speak. The practical part describes an action research project conducted by the author with seventh-grade pupils of a private primary school, where she teaches. The research was motivated by difficulties the author was facing when teaching speaking, when several students in the class were being shy or were repetitively refusing to participate in speaking...

Website of kindergarten as a way of communication with parents

The bachelor thesis focuses on communication between preschool teachers and parents of children attending kindergarten. Communication is considered to be one of the main prerequisites in order to establish mutual cooperation, which would lead to the greatest possible satisfaction of children in kindergarten. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with problems of communication between preschool teacher and parent, possibilities of improving communication strategies providing information and opportunities to establish cooperation. The practical part is mapping out the needs of parents in the area of communication with the nursery school. These findings will help to create information websites for parents in the specific nursery school.

Specifics of communication in kindergarten

(in English): The present bachelor thesis examines basic specifics of communication in kindergarten. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to both general and specific communication between a teacher and children. The main focus is on communication functions upon which communication is built. The thesis also offers a basic insight into the Czech preschool education system and briefly presents alternative educational programs with special focus on the program Step by Step practiced in the kindergarten in which data were collected for the practical part of the thesis. The research reported consists of qualitative descriptive analyses of frequently repeated characteristics of the communication between a teacher and children. The conclusion calls for further longitudinal research in this area of communication.
