This bachelor‘s thesis is focused on matters of insufficiency of movement activities of employees with sedentary jobs, wrongly adjusted stereotypes of human body, lack of exercise activities and movement itself. It deals with health problems resulting from the lack of exercise followed by solution to these problems by the employee himself and by the employer through the employee benefits. The main purpose of this thesis is to help and improve quality of physical condition of people with sedentary jobs.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of rewardment of the employees in the chosen company. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first part of the thesis covers the explanation of the basic terms relating the theory of rewardment. The second chapter analyzes the current state of the selected company and in the last part of the thesis changes are proposed to improve the system of remuneration of workers.
Proposal for Establishing a Firm with Fishing Tackle

This thesis deals with the business proposal, which we intend to implement from the 2nd quarter of 2018 and which should serve to implement a tackle shop. The work characterizes basic business concepts, makes the analysis of the current situation on the market and of the secured place for the performance of business activities including the proposed modifications of the interior and describes the anticipated costs and benefits of the project. In the last chapter there is a summary timetable for the implementation of the project, so that nothing was forgotten and the shop could be opened.

My thesis analyses contemporary system and identifies possible changes which could lead to better motivation and work satisfaction of employees and which could solve one of the key problems of employer – high fluctuation of employees.

This material informs readers about implementation of strategy in company. The chapter number 1 (theoretical part) deals with the general principals of implementation of strategy and methods which are used for practise. This part should be instrumental as a theoretical base for the practical part. The sekond part (analysis) is focusing on running of comapany Komerční pojišťovna, a.s.. It describes history of company, its activities, organization structure. First of all it characterizes the methods, which are used by top management for implementation of strategy to all stages of management. Part of analysis is called questionnaire examination and it identifies fruitfulness of this implementation from employees view. The third part prezents proposals and recommendations for more efficient processes.

Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Company.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the motivational system and proposals for changes to this system in the Czech Radio Brno, using a quantitative research method. The aim of the translated graduate thesis is to propose acceptable changes in the motivational program of the enterprise for the training of qualified employees, which will allow further development of the selected organization. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts relating to motivation, the system of remuneration and overall remuneration. The second part contains an analysis of the current incentive system of the selected enterprise. As part of the data collection, a questionnaire survey was conducted to find out the employees ' satisfaction with the existing incentive program. The results of the questionnaire survey show that employees are to some extent satisfied with the current remuneration system. The last part of the work focuses on 6 possible proposals for improving this system.
