Diplomová práce se zabývá motivací zaměstnanců ve zkoumané společnosti. Na základě empirického šetření jsou navrženy instrumenty, které zaměstnance stimulují k vyššímu pracovnímu výkonu. Zaměstnancům tyto instrumenty pomohou i snížit stres a zlepšit komunikaci ve společnosti. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy současného stavu ve společnosti navrhnout motivační instrumenty, které zvýší výkon zaměstnanců. Diploma thesis deals with a motivation of employees in concrete company. On the basis of empiric survey are proposed instruments, which really motivate employees to make better job performance. These motivation instruments could help cut down stress and improve communication in the company. The aim of this thesis is on the basis of analysis current status to purpose concrete motivation instruments, which will increase job performance of employees.
