The subject of this diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the implementation of new sports and cultural centre Otradov. The dominant feature of the complex objects stands and multipurpose hall. The building is architecturally designed with an effort to fit in too much of rural architecture. Multipurpose hall has two floors, one third roofed flat roof, two-thirds of the roof ridge. The core system is aerated concrete blocks. The building is two-storey grandstand with the carrier deck. Roofing is solved by means of broken wooden beams. Sanitary facilities is dealt wall system and roofed shed roof. Athletics track, the surface of the polyurethane mixture designed for sports.

Title: Proposal of sport programme with focus on athletic for preschool education Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to develop a movement program focused on athletics for preschool children and to test it in a kindergarten. Methods: This is a case study that is descriptive in nature. We used testing to provide input on the motor abilities and skills of preschool children. In addition, the test battery served us to test the effect of an applied movement program focused on athletic skills. We selected the tests from the DMT and MOBAK test battery - 10 m run, long jump from a standing position, depth of forward bend, and target throw. In addition, scaling was used to assess the ball throwing technique. The last method used was participant observation during the implementation of the movement program. Results: The movement program focused on athletic skills was divided into 10 sessions of 45 minutes each and each session included 4 parts: busy, preparatory, main and final. The effectiveness of the program was verified by a selected test battery. Significant improvement was observed in the long jump test from the spot and in the 10 m run. Title: Motivation of children to athletics Objectives: The main goal of this Diploma thesis was to find out the level of motivation of children from the category U15 and U13 from athletic club. In general, I focused on the motivation of young athletes that can be affected not only by the past pandemic situation but also by modern technology and the time we live in. What type of motivation dominate in children, how is it related to the behavior, what impact does it have on children and if there is an increase of amotivation because of the covid pandemic situation. Other goal was also to collect an information about children's feelings regarding to functioning of Dipoli Athletics club and share the results with the leaders of the club to increase the quality. Methods: The research was carried out using a quantitative method using a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire contained five sections of different types of motivation. The first part examined the basic information of respondents (gender, age,..). Long fasting and its effects on athletic performance

TITLE: Long fasting and its effects on athletic performance AUTHOR: Vít Uher DEPARTMENT: Katedra tělesné výchovy SUPERVISOR: PhDr. Martin Dlouhý, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The main purpose of this these is to introduce the reader to the issue of long fasting with zero calorie intake and to find out how a ten-day fasting period will affect athletic performance. I did the experiment on myself, especially by monitoring the best possible performances in the chosen exercise disciplines. In the second part of the research, I focused on the analysis and comparison of these results with the performance before the start of fasting. The result of the experiment was an average affect on athletic performance in the range of 4.93 %, except for the flexibility rate, which increased by 100 %. Individual performance development of female heptathles

Title: Individual performance development of female heptathletes Objectives: The aim of the study was to determine the efficiency of racing performance female heptathles and use these results to analyze the evolution of performance in the heptathlon. Using a statistical program to compare the results ERP Czech and world female heptathles and discover their similarities or differences. The results also indicate the development of Czech and world record in the heptathlon and compare it with the best in individual years. Methods: The work was a qualitative research. Evaluation was based on data collected through the method of analysis of documents. Data were obtained from score cards and tables. When comparing the best performances EZV and development of Czech and world record I use the method of comparison and retrospective analysis of documents. I further data analyzed with descriptive statistics. Results: It was found that the results EZV Czech and world female heptathles is not a statistically significant difference. However, even if the results are similar EZV best performances Czech female heptathles are lower. Individual performance development of female heptathletes

Title: Individual performance development of female heptathletes Objectives: The aim of the study was to evaluate the evolution and dynamics of performance of nine female heptathletes and estimate the following development of their performances. We evaluated the performance of each discipline of heptathlon and performances in the heptathlon during their entire athletic career so far. Methods: The work was a qualitative research, where the evaluation was based on data collected through document analysis methods. Data were obtained from the results lists and tables. We evaluated the individual dynamics of performance of athlete. We used the method of comparison and prediction based on a retrospective analysis. Results: It was confirmed that the greatest growth of performance is in youth and junior age, then the growth slows down. It was found that female heptathletes current and prior to year 2001 had similar growth rate of performance, but current female heptathletes have higher level of performance. Topic: Physical literacy Goals: The aproximation of physical literacy, collection and evaluation questionnaires of physical literacy knowledge and students anamnesis. Description of applicants progress in the specific movement skills. Method: Unified questionnaires was used for obtaining informations. We make video for movement analysis. Results: The results didn't obtain our expectation that students are able to express precisely the content of physical literacy by specific skills. However, they have expected attitude to early specialization in sport that is not important in all kind of sport. Finally, the applicants have moved forward to their movement skills.
