Selection process of the school director position from the point of view of Czech teachers and headmasters

This master's thesis deals with the selection process of the school director position. The work is divided into the theoretical and the research part. The theoretical part is concerned with the school director position and its competence, on the other hand with the legislation relevant to the selection process of the school director. In the end of the theoretical part author analyses the selection process in Slovakia. In the practical part author used the questionnaire to find the ideas of Czech teachers and headmasters of the selection process and of the Education Act novelisation. The goal of this thesis is to find how these interested sides perceive the selection process, whether the opinions are the same or different. The conclusions of the literature analysis and the research can be used for the improvement of the school director selection process in the Czech Republic. The work is based on the literature listed at the end and on the questionnaire survey, which was performed with 115 teachers and 13 headmasters. Summary: The Bachelor's thesis describes and assesses selected important areas of human resources management at primary schools. The text focuses on general procedure of human resources proceeding for primary educational system. It deals with the present state of personal planning agency and personal needs with the help of designed questionnaires for headmasters. This personal agency is related to the primary school development plan, methods of selection and hiring of new employees, educational, development and assessment system of employees. The Bachelor's thesis brings out pus of methodical recommendations which can help educational managers to create integrated human sources work procedure and build flexible reacted school.
Selected Methods of Recruitment in a Firm

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe the process of recruitment and selection of employees. It focuses on two commonly used and very interesting methods: an assessment centre and a selection interview. The theoretical part contains an introduction to the issue and a summary of the information about these methods. The task of the practical part is to confront the theoretical knowledge with the process of the selection procedures in selected company. The cooperation with ČSOB was begun for the needs of the bachelor thesis. The goal of the practical part is to describe and evaluate the process and the content of the selection procedures in ČSOB. There are mentioned similarities and differences between the theory and the practice. Finally, suggested recommendations are based on the obtained information and the participation in the selection procedures.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyse the processes of recruitment and selection of employees in the company of AISIN EUROPE MANUFACTURING CZECH, Ltd. From the analysis we determine the strengths and weaknesses of these processes and suggest some recommendations that should help weaker parts to become more efficient. My thesis is divided into an introduction, theoretical and practical parts and a conclusion. The theoretical part define some key concepts and universal information about the recruitment and selection of employees processes. The practical part portrays AISIN EUROPE MANUFACTURING CZECH, Ltd. in the relations to the previously described concepts. This analysis is based on an interview with an HR officer of the company and on the company´s documentation. The conclusion summarizes the courses of these processes and some above mentioned recommendations.

The diploma thesis is devoted to problems of recruitment and selection of employees and is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and it explains the topics of recruitment and selection of employees, including the methods and procedures by scientific literature and articles. In the second part the reader is introduced to a group Czech Aeroholding and ways, methods, and procedures of recruitment and selection of employees in the company. Information is obtained through personal interviews with a specialist recruitment group Czech Aeroholding. The practical part continues with questionnaire survey aimed to find out if the company Czech Aeroholding is an attractive and important employer for the public. The aim of this thesis is a description and analysis of methods of recruitment and selection of employees in Czech Aeroholding group and determine the relationship of candidates to the company as an employer.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to analyze and compare the processes of recruiting and selecting of employees in the specific selected companies. The theoretical part is an introduction into the topic that mainly describes the differences between the profit and non-profit sector. Followed by the description of the recruitment and selection of the employees from the identifying the need of a new employee to the final selection and acceptance or non-acceptance of any of the candidates. The practical part introduces a company eProvement and a voluntary organization Okamžik, further precise description of the processes of recruiting and selecting of the employees in both companies. In conclusion, there are compared both activities and suggested the recommendations in order to improve these processes.
