Analysis of the current state of training records in triathlon

Name: Analysis of the current state of training records in triathlon Objectives: Find out the forms of collection, registration and analysis of training data among contemporary triathletes in Czech Republic. Methods: The method of searching domestic and foreign sources was used in the work to create a longitudinal overview of the forms of collection, registration and analysis of training from history to the present. Subsequently, research was conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey on a sample of triathletes in order to determine the actually used functions of these tools (Survio application, CAWI method). 184 respondents completed the survey (return rate 64.8%); 77.2% of men and 22.8% of women aged 37.2 ± 11.97 years. The research group was selected by purposeful selection among hobby and elite triathletes in Czech Republic (72% of hobby and 28% of elite). Results: The rate of using the electronic form of monitoring and recording data from training and competitions is higher for the elite group of triathletes. (elite 93,8%, hobby 81%). At the same time, this group monitors data in their training more often than in the race and uses the training plan more often than hobby triathletes. Methods: The bachelor's thesis uses a scientific quantitative method of questioning. The method of analysis was used to evaluate the anonymous questionnaire. Training plan for world championship in kickboxing with a focus on nutrition and recovery

Title: Training plan for kickboxing world championship with the focus on nutrition and regeneration Objectives: The purpose of the thesis is the training plan for kickboxers to the world championship not only within physical healht and conditional trainings, but also mental fitness and with full strength in their weight category. The thesis includes the list of United information about nutrition, the regeneration proces and fitness preparation. Additionally, brief knowledge about kickbox and its history. Methods: In this thesis I have used literature research from the selected chapters about kickboxing, regeneration and nutrition. I drew from my own years of experiences and discussed the training plan with my trainer, Vít Masopust, along with my own fitness knowledge supported by my research. Results: The result of the thesis is a one month training plan consisting of a fitness preparation and the procedures of regeneration. I have selected the exercises from my own experiences and literature research about sport trainings. The first two weeks of training plan are focused on the overall development of a kickboxer including determination, strength and dynamics, while the last two weeks are focused on the speed (of a kickboxer). Mobile Application for Sports Training

The aim of the thesis is to create a mobile application that allows planning of training plans, sharing them in the team and subsequent evaluation of sports activities that will be entered or measured in the application. The application is implemented for the Android operating system. The thesis describes the programming theory for mobile operating systems. The practical part describes the design, implementation and testing. For implementation, NativeScript was used, linking XML and JavaScript or TypeScript. The resulting app allows the user to create training schedules and record sports activities.
Training of a Show Jumping Pair in a Framework of the Youth Sports Centre of the Czech Equestrian Federation

Title: Training of a Show Jumping Pair in a Framework of the Youth Sports Centre of the Czech Equestrian Federation Targets: The presented diploma thesis was targeted at suitability and effectivity of the Youth Sports Centre (YSC) of the Czech Equestrian Federation. I concentrated on searching for the positives and negatives both in the YSC system and training schedules. I believe that any results can contribute to understanding of these organisations function and can lay a new base for further study which will improve the whole system of education. Methods: The first step for familiarising with the problems was an analysis of special literature method usage. It was followed by observing the YSC participants during fulfilling their tasks in individual training camps. In the end, the results of the main competition of the season - the Championship of Children, Juniors and Young Riders - were gathered and assessed. The conclusion was compared and consulted through an interview with a leading trainer of the YSC Roman Drahota. Results: The conclusions based on the main competition of the season results - the Championship of the Czech Republic of Children, Juniors and Young Riders- indicate that the YSC of the Czech Equestrian Federation training schedule was selected properly. Mobile Application for Gyms

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to develop a mobile application for Android that allows you to build a training plan and record completed exercises. This thesis is aimed at beginners or advanced exercisers from Czech Republic. The result is a mobile app that motivates exercisers to exercise regularly and record their activities. Among other things, app allows the user to view more than 100 exercises accompanied by images and procedure description.

TITLE: Education of skating for preschool children AUTHOR: Lada Žáčková DEPARTMENT: Physical Education Department SUPERVISOR: PaedDr. Ladislav Pokorný ABSTRACT: This master thesis mapping of skating lessons for preschool children. It's include specific preschool age, education concept, training and movement preschool children, methodics of skating and skate's preparations of lessons. The aim of this work was mapping of teaching basic skate's elements which it's organized different institutions, whether the children achieved comparable results, if they have same items and same level from beginner, whether proposed model of instruction used in other skating sports and if they reach a certain level of skating. On the basic of finding, coach's experience and literature it's suggested optimal model 's education of skating for preschool children, which it's verification and comparing in practise. Work is based on a questionnaire survey among coaches and experiment in this age group. The results of my work responded positively to the requirements. Preparing showjumping rider and horse for racing season

Title: Preparing showjumping rider and horse for racing season Objectives: Based on the results of research to create an optimal training plan for showjumping riders and horses for a preparatory period. Methods: The analysis of scientific literature, questionnaires, structured interviews, data evaluation and graphical results. Results: A training plan for the preparatory period was drawn up on the basis of the measured re- sults, and consists of: jumping dressage 3 times a week for 37 minutes cavaletti 1.7 times a week for 20 minutes, lungeing 1.3 times per week for 24 minutes fieldwork 2.25 times a week for 49 minutes, jumping 1.2 times a week for 38 minutes of which 0.75 times a week gymnastic series, regeneration means at least 2-3 times a week. Showjumping rid- ers should ride on average 38-39 horses a week and spend around 24.57 hours per week in the saddle.
