Control System of Small Mobile Robot

This master’s thesis elaborates on the control of a wheeled mobile robot and its sensor system. The sensors provide information about distances of obstacles in its surroundings and orientation in area. The communication is realized by radiomodems, commands and data are sent by serial link between microncontroller and the PC.
Ball Sorting Manipulator Driven by PLC

This thesis deals with using PLC (Programmable Logic Controler) for sorting colored balls using the color sensor. Theoretical part also describes principle of operation elements ball-sorting manipulator and presents the types of programming languages. Practical part describes the construction of the mechanism created in software Autodesk Inventor and solution of the electronic compoments, circuits. Finally, introduces the reader programming in ANSI C and the software Bernecker&Rainer Automation Studio.
Model of bipedal walking robot

The purpose of this thesis is produce a two-legged walking robot. This robot will be able to walking independently forward, without any assistance of human, after predefined trajectory. Device/Robot Exploiting RC Compoents and Servos

The aim of this work was to build a simple robotic device. An important part of the solution is the study of existing devices and methods of their control using a computer. It was necessary to understand the principles of control of hobby servomotors and other necessary technologies. Using the acquired knowledge, a robotic arm is designed and constructed, which is modeled and then printed on a 3D printer. The control of individual servomotors is provided by Arduino Uno microprocessor device. The robotic manipulator can be controlled by moving your own arm, which used an Azure Kinect DK depth camera. The entire software is operated using a graphical user interface using asynchronous processes in C ++.
Analysis and modeling of sensors and actuators of LEGO Mindstorm

The focus of this thesis is a detailed analysis and modeling of selected sensors and actuators of programmable robotic kit LEGO Mindstorms NXT 2.0. Actuators are represented by servomotors and the selected sensors include a color and an ultrasonic sensor, both available in the basic version of the kit, and a gyro sensor made by HiTechnic. The thesis describes the realization and evaluation of experiments performed for each element resulting in graphical representations of the sensors’ properties, models in Simulink environment representing the respective elements, and datasheets – overviews of parameters and characteristics of the individual sensors and actuators. The detailed analysis of the sensors and servomotors of the kit provides an overview of the possibilities, but also the limitations of the particular elements. This knowledge can be subsequently used for a wide range of possible applications of the kit.
Thermal analysis of servomotor

This thesis deals with the design of the thermal model of servomotor in program Motor-CAD and using it for analyze of servomotor. In the beginning is a short familiarization about its parts, especially important for the thermal model. Further are described principles of heat exchange. There is a chapter, which is dedicated to the program support of the Motor-CAD. Thermal model and electromagnetic model inputs are tuned according to the measured data. Then a way of active cooling is designed and based of it the model in program is edited. Using the model is found the points of load of the motor for maximum allowable temperature with water cooling. In the conclusion is a valorization of benefit of water cooling for the servomotor.
Chalder for grinder Jupiter 125

Thesis deal with proposal construction Chalder for centreless grinding machine Jupiter 125. Chalder is designed for workpiece with maximum average 12 mm, maximum longitude 120 mm and mass 0,1 kg. In the thesis are described components that were used at solving and intended time exchanges workpiece, the economics estimation and processed needed design documentation.

Then it is made the design of turntable with indirect drive and the design of turntable with direct drive.
Multiple Object Tracking

This paper is focusing on technical specification, concept and implementation of multiple object tracking with using a standard web camera. Image data processing has been done through the OpanCV library. The system is able to rotate the camera, in order to have the chosen target in the center of the screen. FITkit controller has been used to control the camera. The software has been implemented in the C++ environment.
