The phenomenon of running the example RunCzech races organized by PIM in the period 1995 - 2014

Title: The phenomenon of running the example RunCzech races organized by PIM in the period 1995 - 2014 Objectives: The thesis aims to briefly capture the phenomenon of running in the Czech Republic and the example of competitive races organized by Prague International Marathon Ltd. (hereinafter PIM) record in quantitative terms gradual increase in the number of candidates running in the period from 1995 to 2014 and also determine the quality level of sports performance enhancing participants in the Prague Marathon. Finally, find out the opinions and attitudes of runners participating in the Prague Marathon on sporting level and organization of the Prague marathon and compare them with the views of the author. Methods: For the dissertation was chosen method of content analysis of the basic documents and print materials, as well as results and information to individual vintages Prague marathon. In the second part, the method of polling in the form of survey questions. To compare the results of the interrogation method was also evaluated using the reflection of the author as regular participants in cross-country races. Volunteer motivation and care in the RunCzech running events

Title: Volunteer motivation and care in the RunCzech running events Purpose: The main aim of this master's thesis is to find the motives contributing to be a volunteer at the RunCzech running events which are organized by the Prague International Marathon. Another goal is to discover how the organizer takes care of their volunteers, and how the leadership and volunteer coordination really works. Method: For this research on volunteer motivation questionnaires were used in electronic Google forms. The link for this survey was sent via e-mail and shared via social networks. The other methods were structural and semi-structural interviews with two employees of PIM, who are responsible for their volunteers during the organisation of RunCzech running events. The results were analysed with graphs and tables in MS Excel. Results: Based on the results the survey suggests more than half of volunteers are motivated by more than one motive at once. The atmosphere during the events and new experiences are two of the most important motives for volunteers. The behaviour of volunteer leaders also has an important influence on volunteer's motivation. The interviews showed that PIM searches for volunteers primarily from high schools. Marketing research of RunCzech brand image

Title: Marketing research of RunCzech brand image Objectives: The aim of this work is to analazye through research the image of brand RunCzech.on czech market and to compare it with brand identity. Results will provide suggestions for improvement RunCzech brand image. Methods: This bachelor thesis uses the method of interview and the method of electronic questioning. The method of interview was used during the meeting with marketing director of RunCzech brand. The data acquired from the interview helped to identify the identity of the brand and the information about desired image on the market. The method of electronic questioning will be used for analysing current image of brand RunCzech and I will compare the results with brand's identity. Results: The results of research show that the brand has very positive image. Its personality had the greatest results, brand was described with many excellent traits. Brand was perceived as successful, high-quality, modern, popular and innovative. Brands service (organising long-distance races) is also very well perceived. In the process of analysing the image of brands symbol I discovered disagreement with the phrase of its slogan. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse current status of the RunCzech Running League e- mail marketing, based on acquired theoretical knowledge and author's experience with creation of automated e-mail campaigns to design an automated welcome series and implement it by means of MailChimp. The theoretical part provides a comprehensive overview of e-mail marketing, optimization and automation of e-mail campaigns. The subject of the analysis is not only to evaluate the success of the implemented welcome series and to compare the performance metrics achieved with the metrics of standard promotional e-mails sent by the company, but also to evaluate the impact of the welcome campaign on the behaviour and loyalty of its' recipients.

Bachelor's thesis is focused on motivation of volunteer to volunteer activities at races organized by RunCzech. I defined the concept of volunteering and volunteer, a history of volunteering in the wolrd and in the Czech republic, kind of volunteering and kind of motivation to volunteer in theoretical part The pratical part describes the research that is focused on motivation of volunteers, who spend their free time to organization and prepearing for race. The aim was to analyze what kinds of motives volunteers have and why they working like volunteers during RunCzech races.
Analysis online communication of RunCzech running series in compared to foreign marathons

The main object of this thesis is to examine, evaluate and suggest improvements for online communication of Prague International Marathon together with the largest Czech series of road races, RunCzech. In order to pursue this goal, I have conducted a survey among 158 runners. In the theoretical part, the basics of marketing, branding and consumer buying behaviour are mentioned. Great attention is paid to marketing in the online environment, especially on social networks. For the conclusions of my work, I also use internal data of RunCzech, which was provided to me by the company. In addition to internal data and interviews with RunCzech marketers, I also conducted a content analysis of RunCzech profiles on Facebook and Instagram to find their shortcomings. RunCzech races are also compared to major international races such as the Virgin Money London Marathon and the Boston Marathon.

Analysis of marketing communication Mattoni in conjunction with RunCzech

This thesis elaborates and suggests marketing communication activities of the project Mattoni FreeRun. The activities to be used in the project are also accompanied by suggestions and improvements, which may inspire the project management to communicate ideas. The main idea of the project is to activate Mattoni FreeRun runners together with the brand, which aims to combine running and water Mattoni in one indivisible community, which will be perceived among runners and will long continue in their minds. Project Mattoni FreeRun will try to point out through selected activities mutual and almost integral connection between running and water in daily active, but also ordinary people's lives. The main thrust of the project Mattoni FreeRun is for its existence with its partners (RunCzech, Addidas) and some people, the so-called "ambassadors" to create a running community that will spread the idea between themselves and the general public.
