My diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the current situation, and subsequently, the appropriate marketing strategy for Hotel Bítov in the vicinity of Vranov dam. The theoretical parts deals with the isme of using marketing tools in the field of hotel services. The practical parts consists of the inner and outer analysis of the hotel surroundings. The results are summed up in the scope of a SWOT analysis from which the final marketing strategy follows.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to create a real business plan which will be the basis for the development of Jemnická Stavba, a.s. company. The project is made up of two parts, theoretical and practical. The practical part includes evaluation of the internal and external situation of the company and the subsequent proposal for a solution. The aim of my bachelor thesis is processing of the quality business plan and verifies that the project is viable.

The theme of this thesis is the marketing mix of the company Theme Concept. The first part explains the theoretical background necessary for a proper understanding of the issue, which is devoted to the following analytical part dealing with a particular company, its environment, marketing research and planning with a strong focus on its marketing mix, which summarizes SWOT analysis at the end. The design part contains several own separate proposals for the company, based on the analysis results with their potential benefits.

The diploma thesis „Impacts of Customer Satisfaction Assessments on the Marketing Mix“ analyzes the marketing mix and customer satisfaction provider of long-term accommodation Chillhills Apartments. First chapter summarizes the basic concepts of marketing and customer satisfaction through the European Customer Satisfaction Index ECSI. The main aim of the second chapter is analysis of current marketing mix and quantified client satisfaction conducted marketing research and calculation of ECSI. In the last chapter are recommended specific changes in the marketing mix which would lead to an increase of client satisfaction. The last chapter is about the economic evaluation of the proposed changes and their benefits for a business entity.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation and the Proposals to its Improvement

This bachelor thesis focuses on the financial position assessment of a selected analysed company during the period from 2011 to 2014. The aim of this paper is to analyse the financial situation of the company as well as identify deficiencies and make proposals to address the problematic areas. The theoretical part deals, in particular, with a financial analysis whereby the selected company is assessed in the analytical part. The conducted analyses showed deficiencies which are discussed in the proposal part. The proposals present recommendations for the improvement of the company management in the following years.
