Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření reálného podnikatelského záměru, který bude podkladem pro rozvoj společnosti Jemnická Stavba, a.s. Práce je tvořena ze dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část pojednává o obecné charakteristice podnikatelského záměru. Praktická část obsahuje zhodnocení vnitřního a vnějšího stavu společnosti a následný návrh řešení. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zpracování kvalitního podnikatelského záměru a ověření, zda je tento projekt realizovatelný. The subject of this bachelor thesis is to create a real business plan which will be the basis for the development of Jemnická Stavba, a.s. company. The project is made up of two parts, theoretical and practical. The practical part includes evaluation of the internal and external situation of the company and the subsequent proposal for a solution. The aim of my bachelor thesis is processing of the quality business plan and verifies that the project is viable.
