Skateboarding as a free subculture - history from 1988 to the end of the 90's in Czechia

The goal of the thesis is to provide a detailed description of the history of skateboarding in the Czechoslovakia, i.e., in the Czech Republic from 1988 to the end of the nineties of the twentieth century, using a detailed insight into the environment of this urban community. The foundation of oral history research is the collection of data from recorded interviews, period literature, photographs, or film recordings (VHS). A key factor is the understanding of the life of this specific community from the perspective of the perception of freedom and other subjective feelings against the background of societal changes. The thesis examines the statements of this generation of skateboarders and people associated with this environment, with an overlap into culture, business, and the organization of sports events. V první části se nachází teorie k danému tématu, která je potřebná pro druhou, analytickou část této bakalářské práce. Analytická část zkoumá vnitřní a vnější prostředí této značky a její současný stav. Třetí, návrhová část obsahuje doporučení pro rozvoj značky a celkové shrnutí bakalářské práce.

Nejdříve definuje a vysvětluje základní pojmy související s procesem předání moci a řízením rodinných podniků. Dále se podrobně zaměřuje na specifika a výzvy spojené s předáním vedení v malých rodinných podnicích, zejména v realitním sektoru. V práci jsou prováděny strategické analýzy zaměřené na optimální přístupy k předání moci, s cílem zajistit hladký přechod a udržet kontinuitu a stabilitu podniku v rámci realitního odvětví.
The choice of forms of business income tax

This bachelor thesis deals with the theoretical definition of possible business variants, taxation of corporate and personal income and the choice of the appropriate legal form of business from the perspective of income tax, but also in the context of the overall tax burden of the analyzed business entity in the practical part. The calculations of tax obligations concern legal entities doing business within a limited liability company, a limited partnership, a public partnership and individuals doing business as self-employed persons. Finally, the final recommendation of the optimal option is justified.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze tax aspects related to the issue of the car in trade. In the thesis is firstly elaborated theoretical part, which generally focuses on how the car in business affects income tax and value added tax. The last chapter of the theoretical part is focused on road tax. Subsequently, the insights are applied in the analytical part to a specific example of an entrepreneur and a proposal for his optimal use of cars in tax optimization.

Creating a Lean Canvas of a selected startup

This bachelor thesis presents the creation of a Lean Canvas model as a creative means of developing a business idea. It highlights the model's ability to guide future entrepreneurs in considering essential aspects of future business ventures, including the creation of a minimally viable product and the implementation of a business idea. A comparison is made between the traditional business plan and the Lean Canvas model. In the practical part of the thesis, the services offered by the company and its objectives are described in detail. The author uses the Lean Startup methodology to better understand customer needs and to refine the company's service offerings. The result of this process is the developed Lean Canvas model. Based on this work, the Lean Canvas model can be applied to real businesses and steps can be taken to implement them.
