Souleimanov Ph.D. Rigorózní práce 4 Resumé: Práce se zabývá otázkou určení právního statusu a rozdělení Kaspického moře v širších geopolitických souvislostech. Problematika je nahlížena z pohledu mezinárodního práva v kontextu mezinárodních vztahů mezi relevantními aktéry, na úrovni lokální, regionální a globální. Teoretická analýza aplikace odlišných právních výkladů je zasazena do celkového kontextu vztahů relevantních regionálních a globálních aktérů s cílem dokázat, jak politika a zájmy jednotlivých států determinují jejich výklad mezinárodního práva. Ukáže se, že spíše než pobřežní státy, kterých se určení právního režimu - pravidel rozdělění a využívání prostoru a jeho zdrojů - fakticky týká, ovlivňují proces aktivity globálních hráčů sledujících region geostrategickou perspektivou (nejen) v souvislosti s kontrolou jeho významných energetických zdrojů. Táto práca je zameraná na hodnotenie vhodnosti polovodičového zdroja svetla v strednej infračervenej oblasti pre fotoakustický senzor plynu. Teoretická časť práce bude venovaná známym technikám detekcie plynov, fyzikálnym zákonom, ktoré je potrebné pochopiť, a známym zdrojom infračerveného žiarenia, ktoré budú porovnané s predmetným polovodičovým zdrojom infračerveného žiarenia. V praktickej časti bude vysvetlená metodika hodnotenia IR zdroja svetla a budú prezentované výsledky.
Vehicle Hydropneumatic Unit

This diploma thesis, following the bachelor's thesis, is devoted to the gas-liquid unit of a vehicle, as the central element of hydropneumatic suspension. The aim is to dimension and construct this component and integrate it together with other elements into a complex suspension system. Based on possible forms listed in the research section, regarding to current development trends, the form of the unit is chosen. The practical part begins with simulations comparing a hydropneumatic with a conventional suspension system. After solving this issue, it is possible to proceed to the dimensioning of the basic parameters of the unit and then to its construction, respecting the relevant strength calculations. The last step is to build a conceptual design of the whole hydropneumatic suspension system.
Sanitation installations and gas installations in the supermarket

This master’s thesis deals with the overall sanitary and gas pipeline installation in a supermarket. The theoretical part deals with equipment and requirements for large kitchens with regard to the food preparation in this building. The computing and design part deals with the sewerage, water supply and gas distribution in the supermarket. The property counts over six thousand square meters and is partly two-storeyed. There are also several smaller sales units in addition to the sales areas, facility for staff and warehouses. The diploma thesis is based on current Czech and European regulations.

The thesis is focused on theoretical analysis and physical description of laser beam technology. It deals with possibilities and concrete methods of laser technologies in perspective of metal machining and in detail it describes CO2 laser and its inclusion to the manufacturing process in concrete engineering company. Further it describes the components base and the construction technology of typal representatives. The thesis includes the proposition of solution of increase the productivity of the laser workplace and also technical and economical evaluation of this technology.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis was to summarize current knowledge of heating technology, including new houses, which have great potential this direction. In the first part this thesis describes history of the heating systems and their development. Next part contains knowledge and principles of the systems using alternative sources of the energy. Last section is devoted to overview of this systems and their design for households.
Study of gas influence on chemical processes initiated by electrical discharge in liquids

This thesis in the theoretical part focuses on the gas influence on chemical processes initiated by electrical discharge in liquids. This part described the possible diagnostic methods of reactive particles whitch are produced in water solutions after plasma treatment. The influence of different experimental conditions, such as the influence of gas, effect of voltage polarity, effect of electrolyte of hydrogen peroxide formation were studied. The comparison of selected two gases with different property, argon and oxygen, were realized. The effect of pH in phosphate solution was studied. This solutions are able to maintain relatively stable pH during the experiment and due to this property phosphates are very perspektive for medical applications.
